I tagged the woman’s photo and Candido’s birth records before moving on to the latest report from the moving teams and the search I’d run about the script in the book about vampires. Nothing had come up for the search, but the move of all of our servers had been complete and they were ready for me to install the new security system. As I waited for the system to install the programs, I opened the book on vampires, squinting at it. The script felt familiar the more I stared at it, but I couldn’t remember where I would have seen it. It wasn’t like any language I read regularly.

It wasn’t clear to me why I felt a twinge of guilt, just seeing it. “Chasing down the Vampire. Stopping the reign of blood.” She read, pointing to the title, and subtitle. “Oh. What’s it about?” I asked, a little awkwardly. “It’s a vampire who suddenly went crazy after tasting blood for the first time.” She replied, and I scoffed. “You’ve got to be kidding me.” I said, snatching the book from her hands.

I add. She smiles up at me, “I love you too Troy and I don’t want to leave you either but duty calls.” I sigh, “Can we at least stop fighting and go back to bed.” She laughs, “Troy that wasn’t a fight, I was just giving you space to think and I also did a little digging about Zane’s uh problem.” She takes my hand and leads me to a seat. I frown wondering what exactly she means by digging. “Harper and I went to the library yesterday and found a book on Vladimir, it tells the story of how he became a Vampire annnnd about his four loyal soldiers.” She looks at me to make sure I’m following.

(AUTHOR'S NOTE) Hey, Guys! It's me Godsent Banky, the author of this novel. I wanna point some things out so y'all can be able to understand this book properly. This book is a Supernatural contemporary romance book and it has to do with Vampires, Wolves, Witches, and Humans. Vampires in this book have special abilities and they Include:- (1) Immortality................. Vampires don't age. (2) Mind-Control................Vampires have the ability to control people's minds. (l.e Humans, Wolves.) They also have the ability to read minds, hear people's thoughts, and get into people's heads. (l.e Humans, Wolves.)

That was an interesting name. Blocking out Camille's and Sally's conversation, Maddox opened one of the books and read a few pages. The story began with a vampire searching for his love. She’d been killed by his enemy—another powerful vampire. His body hummed in reaction to the words as if each sentence triggered a spell. Dire rippled in discomfort. What was that? He skimmed the pages. All the descriptions of vampires were spot on. Crazier, there were terms in the book that were actually real—moon-cursed, moon-touched and other words used in his world. He thought back to something Camille had said earlier.

Seconds passed before she said anything. " I just really, really don't like you..." she said. She turned back to her notes and I knew that our conversation was over. I paged through my book and also started taking down notes, deciding that I could at least try to distract myself away from her. How could she not like me when she knew nothing about me. I then remembered that I did not have the best reputation and began to understand. “I guess my reputation isn’t all that great.” I said. Again, she looked up at me, and, to my surprise, said, “I could honestly not care less about your stupid reputation. All vampires are monsters, you’re just a vampire who doesn’t hide the fact that you’re a sick

Nick and I nodded, “Do you accept your position as queen of the vampires and relinquish your life to the vampires as a hybrid?” “Yes.” “NO!” Mara yelled, but we continued, “Do you accept her as your queen, lover and mate?” Mandy asked Nick, he nodded, “Yes.” She took a knife and cut my hand first and then Nick’s, “This is the blood oath, this will bind your souls together for eternity.” She then muttered words in another language that sounded romanian or greek. She then placed our hands together and Nick bit my neck; I winced at the sudden pain but it soon disappeared

I watched in amusement as she walked away, sighting her fake butt job. "What did she mean by specialty?", I asked, all my senses attuned to where Vanir's hand rested on my thigh, his fingers tracing circles on the exposed skin as I tried to regather my wits. "Vampires come here to seek a sexual high by feeding", Vanir said and I gasped, definitely from his words and not the fact that a finger of his just brushed my nipple. "Humans volunteer for that", Vanir added. "Why would one do that?", I asked, my mind heady as his chocolate scent wrapped around me, intoxicating me as I squirmed on his lap.

response. "You're the only one protesting us. The other girls were friendly and so much sweeter." David grimaced as Franklin agreed. “ so, please leave." I raised my voice, trying to keep up the brave act. Just seeing their face makes me to want to crawl under the earth. I don't know why, but vampires made me feel sick to the very core. It's obvious that they were using their charms and good looks to lure in all humans and use them as their personal blood bag.

It hadn’t felt like a challenge, it had felt… inclusive. If the vampire and Aislen were mates, and Aislen was their mate, then the vampire… was also their mate. No f-king wonder just the thought of the man got Rhett hard. He below out his breath and met Cameron’s eyes. His red-haired mate’s excitement was palpable. “A vampire?” Rhett couldn’t quite believe it, that he wasn’t somehow mistaken. “There’s nothing in the history books,” Heath said under his breath, drawing Rhett’s attention. “It’s unheard of.” But he was thinking about it, Rhett thought, knowing his mate. On some level, Heath was seriously considering that it was possible.
