I noticed a small couch in a corner and took a seat on it. "Do you always watch me every night?" She suddenly asked me breaking the silence. "Since you got attacked," I confirmed and she nodded. I've noticed ever since I told her that I was a vampire she kept a calm expression as if she's been told the exact same thing her whole life. "I really don't know either. Jason's POV: True to Henry's words, Veronica was in the Nightshade Pack. I was surprised to find Veronica Brooks- the same girl I rejected as my mate- standing in front of me. Not as a random human being but as a princess of the Nightshade - the biggest and strongest werewolf pack.

She slowly walked over to him, hoping to see his face for once but he had his mask on already. “Hi Noah.” “What do you want?” He snapped, almost immediately. “I just wanted to say sorry for whatever Charlene must have put you through. I'm just glad you finally know her for who she really is.” She sighed, crossing her legs as soon as she sat on the bed. “Who she really is? Do you know her?” Noah raised a brow. “Oh yes!” Veronica smirked, “she used to be in my class. Everyone knew her as a whore. She's an orphan and had to fuck guys for money.” She pulled back, pushing her chest out.

She was enjoying the day until a sweaty female blonde approached them. “Spar with me,” She said, looking Karina up and down. “Chill out, Ivy. She’s the alpha’s,” Luca shooed her away but she held her ground and smirked. “Of course, we wouldn’t want our fragile little Luna to bear a scratch.” Karina gritted her teeth but stayed calm. This ‘Ivy’ in front of her was getting on her nerves. The most stupid thing a shewolf like her could do is assume that an alpha’s daughter is fragile. she knew she wasn’t as weak as the blonde perceived.
