Who Did I Wake Up As?

Who Did I Wake Up As?

Before I could finish, he cut me off impatiently, "Yeah, work's calling. I have to go." He rushed out the door, and I didn't press him further. However, my doubts grew heavier. Was he really that busy? I followed him, and that was when I saw the happy family scene I had just described. I lifted my numb fingers and hit record, capturing the entire scene in front of me. When I returned home, I locked myself in my room and played the video on repeat. While I lay unconscious, someone else had quietly taken my place. What was the point of waking up at all?

Corrupted By The Mafia King; His Sinful Obsession

Corrupted By The Mafia King; His Sinful Obsession

ANDERA THE NEXT MORNING I woke up myself since I didn't set an alarm last night. I thought I would be dreaming and I was going to wake up this morning but it turns out to be a lie. It's the real life. I checked the time on my phone and realized I am an hour late to my usual wake up time. I jumped off the bed and ran into the bathroom. I took a quick shower, then ran into the dressing room to find something to wear.

Accidentally Married

Accidentally Married

Aletta woke up at the crack of dawn. She hated that her body alarm did not let her sleep through the day since it was Sunday. She tossed and turned in the bed as she waited to see if she would fall asleep. "If you can't fall back asleep you should make use of the early morning" Eunice grumbled beside her pulling the covers over her head. She sat up in bed angrily, She decided to go for a run, she could not sleep so why did she have to lay in bed all morning? After the run, she would make a quick stop for groceries and then make breakfast.

I enjoyed the book even with the errors, however, I would love to help with that being a retired secretary that knows what it must be like trying to write under pressure. Hit me up, and I can help with the errors. The story was costly being a retired woman, but I loved the ending.

Just started this long asian novel (read7%). The story is interesting although the FL is dramatic and always overreacting. The chapters are too short so I'm still not sure where the story is going other than that they're newlyweds who are getting to know each other. Not sure if I'll finish.

Don't fall for your fake husband

Don't fall for your fake husband

-CHRIS- I have the same routine every day. I wake up at five, go for a run, hit my home gym for an hour, have a black coffee and go to work. Today, for no apparent reason, I woke up late. That's why I was running through the park at 8 in the morning, almost three hours after my usual run. Suddenly, as if my brain had conjured it, I heard someone shouting a name I know very well. "NINA!"

Crown of Tempests

Crown of Tempests

By the third day of winter break, my wolf was climbing the walls of my skull. I woke before dawn without meaning to, body already buzzing, instincts screaming for motion. The house was dark and silent, no pack voices, no shared movement, no thrum of bodies rising together. I lay there for exactly two minutes before giving up and swinging my legs over the side of the bed. Running helped.

Shadows of Desire

Shadows of Desire

When systems wake, they do it in layers. First the hum—the servers in the control room drawing breath. Then the glow—the monitors warming from blue to white. After that, the people follow in their own stutters: coffee on, locks off, voices low. Today, Elysium woke early and on purpose. We were done being prey. We were learning how to hunt ethically.

Awakening

Awakening

Vibrant reds, blush pinks with soft purple undertones and calm light blues. All gathered together to bask in the sun's golden glory. The sheer beauty of it brought tears to my eyes, it was the most beautiful sun rise I'd ever seen. The glorious dawn that chased away the night's shadows. This was the sun rise of June 21, 1874. The morning of my execution. The glorious dawn of the beginning of my end! The Night Before 526!

Running

Running

POV Willow I awoke in someone's arms as they were running. I had a hard time opening my eyes but I could feel their arms and the motions of running. I tried to remember where I was and how I fell asleep. Suddenly, it all came roaring back and I pushed whoever was holding me away. He just tightened his hold on me though. "Don't worry, Willow. I'm sorry about scaring you and taking you but trust me. We mean you no harm. We need your help and you need ours, whether you know it yet or not." he said to me.

I am super excited to read more. I wanna learn about the special powers Willow has and find out whom she chooses in the long run. There's definitely a love/hate relationship between her and Dean. I feel bad for him but at the same time, I really like Lee. Hurry up with the new chapters already!!

This was a fantastic story! Well written, flowed well, and loved the different POVs. Definitely had some twists and turns throughout with a few sad moments, but also had some beautiful, loving moments as well. Also happy with the epilogue & how it tied everything together. Nicely done author! 😊

Frequently Asked Questions

Running in the morning has become my secret weapon for productivity. There's something magical about hitting the pavement as the sun rises—the air feels crisp, and the world is quiet, like it’s just me and my thoughts. I’ve noticed my energy levels stay high all day, and my focus sharpens, probably because endorphins kick in early. Plus, crossing a workout off my list before breakfast gives me this unbeatable sense of accomplishment.

Another perk? Consistency. Once I made morning runs a habit, sticking to them got easier. No evening fatigue or last-minute excuses. And let’s not forget the mental clarity—those miles help me untangle problems or brainstorm ideas. It’s like my brain boots up faster than my laptop. Now, I can’t imagine starting my day any other way.
