Warrior Cat Name Ideas Novels & Stories

Someone sang off-key near the barrels. I wove through the crowd, looking for Harrison. Instead, I caught scraps of conversation from a group of warriors. "—took down three rogues before the rest of us even shifted." "The new strongest female warrior. I'm telling you, she's something else." I slowed my steps. The strongest female warrior had always been Valeria — Alpha of the Crimson Fang Pack. They called her The Selene-Blade. People said the Moon Goddess herself had blessed her, and she fought in a terrifying mask — all you could see were her red eyes, glowing. No one had ever beaten her.

a sharp, mocking voice sliced through the murmurs. The crowd parted instantly. A tall, heavily muscled female warrior stepped into my path, completely cutting off my route. Her long blonde hair was pulled into a tight braid, and her golden eyes burned with pure, unadulterated arrogance. "And who exactly are you supposed to be?" I asked, refusing to back down an inch. "Tanya," she said, leaning down slightly to look me dead in the eye, her breath hot against my face. "A real warrior of the Shadowpelt pack. A hunter. Not a broken, useless human who got dumped by her lover within a twinkle of an eye."

“What’s your kitty’s name?” “He a tiger and he dis big!” Her eyes go big as she spreads her arms out as wide as she can. Behind her, Klay gives a silent chuckle, “And he let Codi give him a big hug!” “I’m happy you made a friend, Codi, but you didn’t tell me his name.” I raise my eyebrows and jostle her a little. “Kitty’s name is Swagga.” Codi looks at me very seriously. “Oh, I see. That’s a pretty cool name. How did you come up with it?”

He thought long and hard about it, and finally, he chose his three best warriors: Beta Jong, Gamma Arnold, and Delta Wilfie. Jong was the strongest warrior in the clan. He had a muscular build and a fierce determination in his eyes. Arnold was the fastest warrior in the clan. He could move with the speed of lightning, and he was always one step ahead of his opponents. Wilfie was the most skilled warrior in the clan. She was a master of all forms of combat, and she had a never-say-die attitude. The other clan leaders also chose their best warriors. The stage was set for the greatest werewolf battle competition in history.

“Let’s start throwing out ideas and see what sticks.” “Okay,” Isolde said, leaning forward with interest. “If they’re dragons, maybe something powerful like Pyra and Draven.” “Or if they’re wolves,” Cheyenne added, “something classic and moonlit. Like Lune or Fenric.” Tora covered her face with her hands. “You guys are going to give them identity crises before they’re even born.” Chelsea was already on a roll. “If one’s a boy, I vote we name him Brimstone. Brim for short.”

"Although I still have a lot to speak, we are not here to have this discussion here. What we need to concentrate on is our enemy. But before that, let me put forth a warning. From now on, if I hear one wrong word against women from any of you, then you will be answerable to my sword." As soon as these words left her mouth, audible gasps reverberated in the room. Everybody knew that Raelynn was the most formidable warrior in the kingdom of Volar and winning against her in a one on one battle was impossible, even for the other three Commanders. She was just the best.

“What?” “Yes. My pack’s name was Mystic Warriors. And when I say my pack, I mean my pack,” I said. “I lied when I said I was a warrior for the Alpha. The truth is, I am an Alpha. I am the daughter of Alpha Kaster of Mystic Warriors. And the alpha who died in my arms…he was my brother, Alpha Ivan. Yes my pack was attacked and destroyed, that wasn’t a lie. And yes it was attacked by an Alpha named Killian but there’s more.”

Her voice wavered, but I couldn't tell if it was from horror, humor, or something else entirely. "Aren't there any...pretty names for it?" I asked softly. Drace chuckled, shot Ari an apologetic glance. "Kitty, cookie, tutu, Lady V, bits, Lady Jane. Non-Na." I shook my head. Those weren't any better and I could hear the bellowing laughter of my men if I dared utter one of those words. I sighed. "I guess pussy and cunt it is. Men have so many more options that sound better."

“Oh, I’m sorry, are you giving birth? Would you like to push a seven-pound human out of your body and then decide her name?” He smirked. “I mean, if I could, I’d name her something cool. Something powerful.” “Oh, God,” I groaned. “Here we go, bring your idea, you're the baby daddy you too must have thought of some names.” “I’m thinking something like Valeria, it's beautiful.” I blinked. “Valeria?” “It sounds like a queen’s name.” He grinned. “Or a warrior princess. You know, like a woman who can wield a sword and take over kingdoms.” he laughed at my facial expression.

And yes, my wolf, which I have had since I was born; finally fucking decided to tell me his name. When I asked Kai, he looked at me oddly and said his beasts made themselves known to him from day one; even Cat knew her wolf’s name. Cat’s wolf is Sable, whereas Kai’s wolf is Gunnar and the Lycan is Loki. What the fuck? I could never imagine having two beasts inside of me, not with the insufferable way my beast acts. /“Careful,”/ he warns. /“Or what?”/ I roll my eyes at his so-called warning.
