Before she could dwell on it, he slid his powerful arms beneath her, lifting her effortlessly as though she weighed nothing at all. “Who are you?” she asked, feeling small in his grasp. He studied her with an enigmatic gaze before replying, I'm Gildeon.” A pause.“Your husband.”

They dated. Davina received so much hate to the point that her life was in danger everyday. Siofra, the half-human and half-mermaid confronted her to be her opponent in the final exam where they should compete using the skills and power. Here comes the conflict, Davina is still a human and doesn’t have real tail, powers and skills so she asked for help to the girls, and Haelyn, a half-human and half-fish, offered the help. The first game was perfectly fine until one of Siofra’s friend saw Haelyn using the power behind, thus they tied Healyn in the chair. Davina lost all of her hope so Siofra won the game. She even discovered that the tail of Davina is fake. Everyone in the field gasped in disbelief. Davina was attempted to be killed not until Zale went on her to save her. Zale loved Davina but it was too late because Davina lost her breath.

The throne is threatened as Thalisse, a humble village on the outskirts of Apharoth is attacked. Since the king had no heirs, there was no one left to save the royal family from being overthrown.
