Where have I heard that name from? It suddenly clicked to me. There is the story of a brave and young warrior and werewolf that was told in our Luna school. The first female celebrated war hero in the Moon Pack kingdom. She led the war against the Snow Pack and helped secure a victory against our rival pack. Her and the new Alpha King Zemo who was still a young prince at that time were the leaders of the army and they lead it to victory. This was the victory that sealed the King's throne as the new Alpha King. History was not so clear as to what happened to the brave and courageous Althea. It seemed that she was killed in battle or banished, but it never really occured to us to ask what happ

The warrior gestured at her basket, clearly offering to carry it. “Seems you're having fun.” He mind linked her. His voice, dry in her head. Liana stopped mid-laugh. Her head tilted. She turned and looked directly at the window, her eyes landing on Lois. Her cheeks flushed a deep pink. The warrior followed her gaze. Saw the Beta staring down at him. His face went pale. He mumbled something and hurried away. Liana pressed her fingers to her lips, trying not to smile. “Did I just smell jealousy.” She said.

I slammed the door to Alpha Jackson’s room behind me with a little smirk. I was confident that none of his warriors would be able to beat Liam in a fair fight. Then something hit me… Would the fight be fair? I couldn’t trust any of these wolves to fight fair. “I’m sorry Liam.” I quickly mind linked my friend. “Don’t sweat it, Ume. I’ve trained with the best warriors on earth. I train our warriors. I'm not worried about any of these wanna-be chads here.” I could hear the confidence in him and it made me feel a little better about tomorrow.

I told him as I watched two warriors enter the building. I had summoned them through our mind-link and was pleased to see them arrive so quickly. “Please see this individual off our territory,” I said as the councilman yelled in anger. “I am not leaving until I meet with Alpha Luke,” he yelled. “You are leaving now,” I replied, watching as the warriors dragged him away.

5 miles south of the cliff when one of our Warriors seem to have run into an invisible barrier at the same time as our beta Zion. “ what the fuck was that?” I mindlinked Zion. “ someone has a blood protection shield right here” he responds “ look closely and you can see the way it shimmers” he adds and that causes me and Saint to both look harder and that’s when I realize he’s telling the truth. I guess that day was today. I were already wrapping up with my mates the plan for the next mission, when Alpha boomed through the link, “Your mate is in trouble. Packhouse. Now!” I ran like my life depended on it—because hers might. I shot a message through the mind link for another warrior to finish without me as I sprinted across the field, pushing every bit of speed my wolf could give me. He was just as frantic as I was.
