He holds the phone out. “Your choice.” I stare at the screen. “What do you want me to do?” “Delete it. Or keep it. Burn it. Watch it every night. Whatever you need to close the door on that night.” I take the phone. My thumb hovers over the delete icon. Then I press play again. Watch myself, kneeling, lunging, shielding Eze. Watch Damian storm in. Watch the moment he saw me alive. I watch it twice. Then I delete it.
