I can only accept his kisses while closing my eyes while my hands wrapped around his broad shoulders. Alex lays me down on the bed before pulling himself away from me. I couldn't take my eyes off his intense stares as he unbuttoned his shirt one by one and then unbuttoned them, revealing his semi-naked athletic body. I traced the curves of his muscles with my eyes that felt heavy because of my passion. Werewolves are larger and more athletic than humans in general due to their metabolism and physical activity. But as an Alpha Alex's body was more intimidating than any other guy I'd ever met before.

There was an important reason why he had gotten her a bodyguard. But then Dan wasn't just any Werewolf. He had also served in the mafia alongside Roman.

The Shadow Killer said dumbly. Then he took two steps forward to get closer to me and bowed his head. He reached out his hand and was about to do something but was stopped by the warriors protecting me. "Don't touch me!" I warned him. The werewolves that followed to protect me heard that and took a defensive stance. If the Shadow Killer stepped a little closer to us, they would fight.

I asked him, and he responded. "By 6. Once I drop her off from school or wherever she wants to. But this is 7 pm. So, I'm guessing she is staying with you?" Raymond asked, his gaze on me as I met his yellow eyes. He was a werewolf and a Gamma wolf, particularly a warrior. I assumed the Graysons hired him to care for Olivia as her driver and bodyguard. "Alright. You can go home and come back tomorrow. Or you can wait for the rain to stop before you leave," I said, and he nodded.

Her oversized dark shades blocked her eyes, but I could still feel the dagger she was throwing at me. I sighed, getting up. “How could you? I thought I was your best friend. But nooo,” she flailed dramatically, “I had to find out on the freaking internet,” she emphasized the word like it had personally betrayed her. “That my best friend’s bodyguard is actually a billionaire. Callan approached. “Elijah will be here within the next minute or so. There are warriors coming from the closest three packs, though I am not sure that they will add much in this fight.” Callan looked at Anders and I as he spoke. He hated vampires more than anyone I knew, but all that I saw over his face was uncertainty, and that worried me. Callan was the first guardian wolf and he had the best instincts of anyone that I knew. If he was uncertain, well, it was about to be a fuckin mess.
