The beast of a wolf was snarling at me with foam dripping from its mouth like it was feral. He had a crazy look in his eyes. I knew the difference between dogs and wolves because this wolf looked a lot like the Siberian Husky found on earth but the eyes. The eyes were a dead giveaway that I was dealing with a higher form of intelligence, one that was not tamed.

I rapped off yet another row of knocks on the towering oak doors, and still no one answered. The neighbourhood was stiffly quiet and my knocks were the only sounds that could be heard in a distance, asides the dogs barking. The barking of the dogs gradually grew louder, and very soon a tall, lanky boy holding the leashes of two German shepherds became visible. When he spotted me standing by the door, his pale face contorted into fury. He barked in a heavily accented voice, "Why the f*ck is there a bloody werewolf standing in front of my bloody door?!" The dogs started to growl viciously.

My breathing remained steady, and my hands didn't shake as I continued walking until I stood right in front of the woods, where the dog's head was peering out. The dog walked even closer to me, its eyes locked onto mine. It had a majestic aura, with a thick, dark coat and piercing blue eyes that seemed to hold a hint of intelligence. As it approached, I noticed that it wasn't just a dog, but a wolf. A wolf standing right in front of me.

These questions swirled in his mind, but he maintained his focus, determined to fulfil his duty as a werewolf protector. Suddenly, Mark halted, his body tensing. Ryder swiftly took cover behind a large tree, peering through the branches to see what had caught Mark's attention. In the clearing ahead, a pair of yellow eyes glowed in the darkness, revealing the presence of a formidable figure. The rogue wolf stood tall and muscular, its fur a dark shade of gray, bristling with aggression. It growled, revealing its massive teeth, while flexing its powerful claws. Ryder could sense the wild energy emanating from the creature and braced himself for the impending confrontation.

By the time Selena turned around, she had already gone on all four. A white creature that approached them caught Dalett’s attention, causing her to nudge Trisha to take notice as well. “Look, she’s completely white!” Dalett exclaimed, her excitement quickly giving way to distress as she abruptly collapsed. It isn’t the greatest odds, but it could be worse. I slide my back paw around on top of the boulder, trying to get some better traction. The lead wolf stops, and his gray fur ruffles around in the wind while his cold, calculating eyes watch me. However, his eyes also hold an animalistic look within them which I’ve never seen before. Maybe he has been a rogue for too long and is finally going crazy. If that is the case, it isn’t good for me. You can’t predict what a crazed rogue will do.
