Trisha heard Mrs Perry complain as she glided through shelves teemed with ages-old books before she could be pulled into hours-long conversation with the old lady. She picked up a book from a dilapidated shelf, blew off the dust that had found solace on it's leather covering over the years, and squinted— because of the poor illumination, to see the books name. ‘Wizards Can Do More’ by one of the greatest wizards ever, LP Travis. It was a book she wanted but not one she needed. Hence, she put it back in its spot among other dusty books and walked to another shelf.

DELLA I sat up for hours when Sam I came back to the high packhouse. The other rogues had been friendly so far despite me being a complete stranger. They didn't really care. They treated me as if I was one of their own. Well, it was definitely a warmer welcome than I had gotten with Hunt's pack. No one shot dagger stares at me and everyone mostly kept to themselves. I was in the library room, running my fingers along the thick spines of various volumes of books. I stopped when I came across a book titled: The Fascination With Werewolves.

Most of the books were more ledgers than anything, records of the pack’s history, but there was small section of classic books, some of which appeared to be first editions. Feeling a little excited over the prospect I searched the title, looking at the familiar names, the literary classics, before stopping on a title I had never heard of by an author I didn’t know. I was a big reader I always had been, so it was rare for me to come across an old book that held no recognition whatsoever. With a careful touch I pulled the leather-bound book from the shelf and read through the blurb finding myself amused as I discovered that the book was story of werewolves, apparently written by a human, a fan

Nyx'S Pov Since the day at the orphanage, I've been visiting them every day. Always in the afternoons when I have nothing else to do. And when I'm home, I spend the rest of my time in the library, buried in books. Not the romantic kind. The serious kind. Books on wolves, curses, bloodlines, magic, and ancient healers. Books that talk about pain and the strange ways it affects werewolves. Because Caspian's pain wasn’t ordinary. And even though he never talks about it, I can see it in his eyes. I can feel it in the way his body stiffens when the full moon approaches.

He drinks beer while sharing stories with his friends. Vesper made her way to the second-floor library area. She stared at the mountain of books in front of her. Then she moves her way to the history section, where she pulls out a book titled: Wolves 1900. It shows a summary of the life of werewolves in the 1900s and how they protected themselves against the blood hunters. She got another book titled “Vanishing Wolf, a Memoir” Her eyes start to widen as she reads the book.

The places Spencer stayed were seriously far away. I nodded, and we drove in silence for a few minutes before I decided to pull over to a deserted rest stop. "Let's take a break and look through these books, " I suggested, holding up the stack of dusty books we'd found in the school. Tia nodded, and we spent the next hour reading through the yellowed pages. A lot of them had to do with witchcraft, the anatomy and history of werewolves. My phone rang. I paused, exchanging looks with Tia.

Maybe she could ask Zoran if she could spend a couple of hours here every day. Walking down the isles, she noticed all kinds of books. Some on witchcraft, others on vampires, elves, unicorns, dragons.. everything she’s ever read a fantasy book about, there was plenty of information on it. Just as she was going back to the first floor to wait on Zoran, she saw it. The werewolf section. She couldn’t control herself. She had already glanced at all the other books but those. Slowly, she made her way over, looking at all the titles and covers. Finally, she found what she was looking for. Reaching up, her fingertips grazed the spine as a hand grabbed her wrist.
