What A Mess Raven Novels & Stories

Raven Marcus’s words still rang in my ears as I strode into the office the next morning, feeling a surge of determination I hadn’t felt in a long time. I could almost hear him saying, “You need to secure your place, Raven. Emerson’s playing his own game, and if you’re not careful, he’ll take it all from you.”

’ I cringe at the images she sends me of us doing exactly that with her tongue hanging out in glee. “I understand the enormity of what I am asking Raven. The Moonstone for your mate’s freedom. I will give you a few days to think it over and meet you back here. But understand this, Rafe is not the only one. The majority of my army is comprised of wolves that are manipulated. Do you know what it’s like to have your mind manipulated, Raven?” he doesn’t wait for me to answer as he continues with glee.

Reading the message on the screen, Jade's eyes widened immediately. " Oh my goodness, Raven you've gotten a job!!" She screamed happily only to get a hard glare from Raven. "You're screaming...happily... seriously?" She scoffed. " Of course. This is something to be happy about. You've finally gotten a job" Jade chuckled happily. " You don't get it Jade. My whole life...my whole miserable life of misery is finally finished" Raven muttered, lying back on the bed. " Your life is ruined because you got a job?" Jade questioned in confusion.

Dax’s pov “I can’t deal with this anymore,” Raven whispered, clutching her head angrily. I moved towards her and took hold of her arms. “You don't have to worry about them.” “I don't think the pack members gossip. Everyone has what they are going through,” I tried to explain to her. Raven sniffed and raised her head. “It isn't about that. It is really embarrassing, you won't understand,” She said. What happened was still baffling me.

“You have to learn these skills.” My attention is caught by a massive tent in the corner where ravens clutter around. Stephan notices my curiosity and fills me in. “Those are our raven messengers.” “Messengers?” “In case all digital communication is lost, we use trained ravens to relay messages.” “Oh. That seems… convenient.” He shows me around a little more before I leave him, indecision still hanging in my mind. I told him I’d think about it. This is something I have to be sure of, and it would be easier if I didn’t have to face it alone. Maybe I can convince Grimm.

Why send thugs, when they could have just sent the cops? “That’s suicide, you can’t go against them by yourself.” “It’s not like I haven’t tried, once you get in the safe, you can come help.” Raven slipped on silver brass knuckles, then sprayed her skin with a water base silver dust. She walked confidently out the office, ‘And she calls me cocky,’ thought Trevor going back to the safe. “Hey, I think I’m a little lost,” Raven called as their eyes turned to hers, changing to gold.

Raven's POV I woke up with a muffled scream, I looked around my room to discover that the candle I took from the pantry had burned out. I was sweating profusely. I just woke up from a nightmare which looked like reality. The same dream had been plaguing my dream for long. My name is Raven. I am seventeen years old. I belong to the Attic Moon pack, I don't have parents. Yes, I was raised by the kitchen hands in my pack Alpha's house. Everybody tried their best to avoid me, they say I bring bad luck everywhere I go.

She doesn't know if Sharon is trying to play with her but she just gotta be careful around her. **** Raven, who had gone to the bathroom, came back and picked up her phone only to receive several miss calls from her co_workers at the MSS cosmetics company. The moment she turns on her data, she sees so many messages on her W******p and decides to take a look at each other only to see a screenshot of a post being made about her and her boyfriend.

I nodded. He asked, "What are you going to do?" I answered, "I don't know. All I know is I'm not going back." Andre turned to look at me, moonlight falling on his face. "Then don't go back." "Aren't you afraid of trouble? Cameron isn't an ordinary person." He smiled. "Hazel, I'm stubborn. Once I've made up my mind, I won't give up because of trouble." "What have you made up your mind about?"

“In a way, I suppose me and Dante do oversee things, but we all do our part here, Raven. We all hunt and gather food, we all bring back fresh water, guard the camp, put together new homes, train together. We just all work together nicely in peace. “It all just looks and sounds so incredible, grams”. I told her with amazement. “It is Raven. This is my home, and I absolutely adore it”. She said with pride. “I’m so happy grams, to know you haven’t been alone all this time”. I said to her as I looped my arm through hers.
