Bob said, “For an academician, you’re quite slow.”
Byron scowled.
“It’s the bible, isn’t it?” Bob asked Lex.
“Yes.” Lex’s eyes were distant. “And if I remember correctly the bible referred to Hades as the god of the underworld he was feared and only the mention of his name can awaken death, Hades’ humble servant.”
“Oh,” Byron exclaimed, “The mention of his name invokes death, is that it?”
“Yes.”
“But,” Bob said. “Is Hades not synonymous to…?”
