A/N This is a bonus chapter for “Queen Of Ace” and probably the last part of this novel. Since I wanted to write a chapter related to Christmas, I came up with an idea to write a Christmas-themed chapter as the very ending. Scarlet’s POV “Dr. Scarlet?” I turned to see Crown Prince Julian standing there, his posture as polished as his smile. “Your Highness,” I said, inclining my head respectfully. “I wanted to discuss your case in Phantom Moon,” he began. Oh? That was strange. I had already sent him the full report weeks ago. What could he possibly want now? He cleared his throat and continued, “Specifically, I wanted to discuss that boy, Ace. I understand he has joined the pack’s army.”

Bluey killed the engine, stepped out, and walked around to the passenger side, helping me down from the high seat with a steady, supportive hand. We began walking toward the main entrance arches together, our shoulders brushing as we navigated the crowded stone pathways. I was staring at the ground, trying to play it cool, when my eyes instinctively lifted toward the varsity lounge courtyard. Ace was standing right ahead. He was leaning against the stone pillar, surrounded by his usual circle of Vipers buddies, looking like the undisputed king of the campus.

Ace said, incredulously. "Remember that party we went to five months after I started dating him? The one you stomped out of because you couldn't stand Dermot?" Ace nodded. "He convinced me to go out into the human world. He caught and fed on three badly drunk girls so he got drunk and spilled it out. I was shocked but I had it all on record and showed Gomez." "You told him instead of me? I thought I was your best friend?" Ace asked sadly. His eyes were gleaming with hurt.

Javi smiles at me, holding my hand. Dramatic much. "My wife and I have an announce.." Javi stops. "Didn't think you were going to come?" My heart skipped a beat once I saw who Javi is talking to. It's Ace. "Don't flatter yourself, I'm not here for you, I came to take some documents and clothes." Ace came to the light, now seeing his face. He doesn't look good, he has this huge bruise on his right face, cut on his lips and bags under his the left eye.

Today, they served us salad that Josaiah is currently nipping on. “I guess they’re okay with just being a three-person squad,” Xy reasoned out but his brows were furrowed. I continued eating the salad while they talk about their disappointments. A few minutes later, Gabriella and her squad arrived. Captain Hiragi greeted them then they walked towards our table to join us. “Good evening, fellas,” Ace greeted. He seems to be in a good mood. Ace sat beside Marco, Snow sat beside Xy and Gabriella sat beside me. I raised my eyes at her and she just smiled and patted my shoulders.

"How dare you parade your conquests like this?" Ace's gaze falters. Guilt flashes across his face before he looks away. I take a menacing step closer, my eyes blazing. "How could you be so ruthless? At least show Aura some respect by washing off the stench of your indulgence. Can't you see how broken she is? I thought you loved her?" "You don't understand, Xzen, so please leave my way." Ace defends, his hands fisted beside him. But my eyes widen in shock when my attention is suddenly drawn to the mate mark on his neck – a mark that shouldn't be there.
