Where To Start Bible Reading Novels & Stories

he asked in a low voice. Only then did Kimberly realize she was holding a Latin version of the Bible. He had already taken the thick book from her without waiting for her to respond. He put the bothersome book aside. His cool voice became more profound, "In the Old Testament of the Bible, there is a poem that doesn't carry any religious colors. It's devoid of God or deities, speaking only of the girl he loves." "Do you want to hear it?" "Mhm." Kimberly felt his wandering hand; her cheeks flushed red, and she casually replied.

Aside from that, there's no harm in trying. I took out my phone and opened the bible app that came with it, and to my amazement, Mister Handsome was correct. "Proverbs 4:25 says, 'Let your eyes be straight ahead; fix your gaze directly ahead of you.'" The bible chapters from Proverbs were exalted. I suddenly recall something, and things start to make sense to my ear. "Wait! "I thought it was a romantic way of saying sorry?" I asked. "Well. As you can see, the Bible is chock-full of surprises." Mister handsome remarked, smiling.

"I like to add to the collection every once in a while for my own purposes, but the books that will be most useful to you have been here since I was born." I scanned the shelves until I found the first volume of the primers I learned to read the language form. I pulled the first primer from the shelf and handed it to him. “You’ll need to start here,” I told him. “Learning the alphabet first.” He took the book with so much reverence and awe in his eyes and cradled the book in his hands. His fingers brushed over the pages, tracing the unfamiliar letters.

How could she have the guts to eat when Gideon was not eating? She gritted her teeth and put the food package on the container, putting it on the dashboard. Gideon saw what she did and his brow raised, "You are not eating anymore?" Jewel shook her head. "I'll eat later." Sighing, she looked around the dashboard. "Did you bring a Bible? I want to read." Gideon glanced at her for a moment. "In the glove compartment," he said and looked at the road ahead again. She opened the small hinged door on the dashboard and she saw a pocketbook size New Testament. Jewel looked at her husband for a moment before taking the small book and opening it up, reading from the book of Matthew.

His hands fall over my thighs, sliding to and fro, while I pull up the book we are about to study. “Sit up” I request, as I turn off its cover, flipping through pages. We’ve been on this book for a while now, and I must say he’s pretty learning a lot. He asks questions and tries to know stuff, needing explanations. I'd call him a good student, except when he gets all fuzzy and annoying sometimes. “John chapter three verses sixteen to eighteen” I announce, while slamming the bible against his thighs “read it” I demand, holding it until he takes hold of it.

Peeking past me, he asks, "Why are you showering down here?" "I didn't want to wake you." "Hmm. How was your swim?" "Great." "You've been fine-tuning your powers, but have you been studying?" "When have I had time to study?" "Instead of swimming, you could be studying now. In fact, let's study together." He grabs my hand and leads me to the bookshelf. Removing a Bible, he guides me to the couch, and I sit. "Where do we start?" he asks. "Um, Psalms maybe."

This was one of the places I found my peace. My gaze flickered to the guy in grey suit on the chair beside mine, as he flipped through his bible to find Matthew 26:52. Even after the pastor had gone on to another verse, he didn't seem to be impatient. He continued flipping pages after pages, as slowly as a snail. It was obvious he didn't know Matthew was the first book in the New testament. My lips twitched, itching for a smile. "Marco, Matthew is the first book in the new testament."

David says, "I think we should start a daily devotion. A bible verse and prayer every morning before we start with the tasks and after the entire day’s work before everyone will be logging-out. We also prepare seconds of bible reading and prayer during noon break after or during lunchtime here in the office with the microphone connected to the intercom all over the area where everyone can clearly hear it. Let's suggest this program to Mr. Heinz first before we start." “For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God planned in advance for us to perform, says Ephesians 2:10.” As Daniele read the Bible scripture, David instantly closed his eyes while holding D

I awoke the next morning enveloped in both Michael and Adrian's wings. The light and dark contrast was beautiful. I felt oddly safe and empty at the same time. I was starting to feel the missing pieces of my soul. I need to find my other guardians. I could feel the faint pulls of them in every direction. Should I make my way to the weakest and further pull or the closest and strongest pull? Through our connection, I knew the guys knew the decision I was trying to make. “Any thoughts?” I asked no one in particular. Michael answered me, “Furthest and weakest Little Goddess.” “ Well, shall we be off then?”
