Where To Start Bible Reading Novels & Stories

said Zeus while looking ahead. "Self reflection." I started to think about it. "It must be a mirror. Because of the mirror, in the mirror we can see our reflection." When I gave my conclusion, the bible page shifted again. It's still in the Corinthian gospel. Gradually, the pages of the Bible shifted through the chapters. In the end the page stops at chapter 13. The three of us immediately looked there, we analyzed each passage. "I should have read the bible more every day." Ozgur sighed tiredly. But suddenly, he was shocked when he saw the chapter in the bible.

"Don't forget to pack your stuffs properly. We will ask Osinala when we get to Umuise tomorrow to ask some men to help you carry your luggages. Good night James." "Good night Paul," James said. He got up and went to the room Paul Okeke had prepared for him. His clothes, bible and some books were scattered around. He arranged the bamboo bed properly and closed the window gently then he grabbed his bible. It was king James Version, the holy book first published in 1611 under the auspices of a great king of England, King James the first. The book was dark and had the Holy Bible written on the top of it. He opened it and stopped, then he flicked through the pages using the palm oil lamp that was

Now, his mind had just been awoken again to the love of God and how he should be passionate about God. His phone rang, disturbing his prayers. He switched it off immediately and hid it under his pillow. He picked up the bible on the stool in front of him and began to flip through the pages, he was unsure of where to stop. He turned back to the concordance and located the word “Love”, he began a more intensive study on it. ***** **** ****** “Make sure it is organized before this afternoon” Isabella asked, looking into the laptop screen “Sure, I’ll get it done” the reply came in a thick Brazilian accent

Once done, I walked back to my seat. The Church Service was then concluded, and everyone started leaving. Jace grabbed my hand, and Blaze followed us out. I can't wait to start coming to church every week. We were about to walk out of the main entrance when the preacher came up to me holding a couple of books. He handed one to Blaze and then one to me. I saw that they were bibles. He spoke to us a bit about the importance of reading your Bible and how, other than praying, it was the best way to grow a relationship and have fellowship with Jesus. We thanked him and made our way to Blaze's truck. Once we were all in, Jace turned his head and looked at me. "I wasn't ready; I'll go up there some

he says. I blink. “Read?” He nods toward the open Bible on the lectern. “Psalm 51. The Miserere. Aloud.” I hesitate only a second, then cross to the lectern. My fingers tremble as I turn the pages. The text swims for a moment before steadying. “Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love…” My voice is soft, unsteady at first. I feel him behind me—close now, just at my shoulder. Not touching, but near enough that the air between us hums.

I wish he would stop because God didn't give me enough strength of will to resist a chocolate bar let alone a man like him. "How about we start reading?" I say so that the attention turns to someting, anything else. "Sebastian, why dont you pick up where we last stoped." We were reading Ozma of Oz. He picked up the book, flipping to the page we had last left off as Grace sits besides him and Christain sits on the chair next to me, giving me just a bit of space as I ran my fingures over the Brail...

Xavier's infectious laughter filled the room, lifting my spirits and setting a joyful tone for the day. As we savored the last bites of our breakfast, I suggested that we delve into the spiritual realm by studying a passage from the Bible. I asked Xavier to retrieve two bibles from the shelf, and he eagerly obliged, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. We settled in the cozy living room, the soft sunlight casting a warm glow upon us. Opening the sacred book, we turned to Psalm 22:3-15, a passage that spoke of trust in God's providence and deliverance in times of trouble.

Caleb and Elias sat on the floor near the low table where the Bibles were stacked. Rachel guided me to an empty spot on the carpet between her and Caleb. I sank down, the scarf still wrapped tightly across my chest, and kept my eyes on the floor. Aunt Clara cleared her throat. “We begin with thanksgiving,” she said. “For the child, for the family, for the purity we protect in this house.” Everyone bowed their heads. Voices rose in the familiar rhythm of prayer. I kept mine low, the words automatic, while my body still hummed from Jordan’s fingers.

It was already time for the second reading, she stood there and tapped her feet in annoyance, she had slept late the previous night causing her to wake up late in the morning. After the second reading was done, a song proclamation was made and the priest came up to the altar for the gospel reading. Ben and other church members that came late were allowed into the church, she walked swiftly and took a seat at the middle roll, she loved being at the front but it was already occupied. She made a sign of the cross and prayed briefly “The lord be with you." The priest began raising the mike up. "And with your spirit." The church responded. "A reading from the holy gospel according to Luke." He fa

She moved ahead and sat on a couch placed by the sliding doors that led to the yard outside. She placed the Book on the chair, beside a flower pot. Her eyes, on their own, traced the shiny name branded on the dark cover. The Holy Bible, she read the words in her mind, smiling instantly. It's been days since she read the Book. The one who has the hunger for the Word of God can only understand how the spirit desires its food. It's true peace. Opening the Book, she began reading the Word. She didn't even realize when hours passed.
