I leaned back in my dining chair, my eyes staring at the small back that had been lying next to me in my bed these past couple of days. The gentle sway of her hips reminded me of how many times I had wrapped my hands around them, holding her tight while I whispered sweet nothings in her ear and made endless love to her. My little swan had completely adapted to being mine. She complied with everything I said, followed my rules, and had even become happier now that I allowed her to go back to campus, roaming public spaces again. Little does she know it was because I'm building a case where I can probably have more chance in venturing our adventure to public space.

I glanced at the bathtub and my dream last night played again—the moans, our naked bodies, the candlelight… “Do you want to meet Cerberus’ brothers?” “He has brothers?” I gave him an astonished look. “Yep, Hades and Pegasus. Brown and white wolves respectively.” “So they are the Amber Pack and Silver Pack’s pets?” “Yes,” His lips formed into a smile. “I’m glad you are quickly learning about everything here in Stella’s Soul.” “Am I?” My cheeks burned again and my shoulders lifted a little. “You are.” He brought my strands of hair behind my ear and I blushed even more. I don’t know why I feel like a schoolgirl interacting with a senior crush but I can’t stop it; I can’t help it.

I also slice a melon fruit and apple before I settle myself on the dining table. Eating silently I notice the huge painting across the glass wall here in the dining room. I stop chewing my food and tilted my head. It was an image of a black swan that has a white reflection on the water... "There will be no ugly duckling story in real life" I whisper to myself after a couple of minutes staring at the painting.

I sat opposite him; Bella perched on the sofa next to me; eyes ping-ponging between us. The doctor walked in soon after, wiping at his forehead as he apologized for been late. “Here you go, the test carried out on your blood and damaged kidneys showed a specific and rare poison was used on you” My eyes scanned the result he gave to me, the name of the poison sticking in my head. Persvin. It sounded familiar for some reason. “The toxin, Persvin was formally used to slowly kill traitors in a pack, it was banished from all packs; it is a wonder how it was readily available here”

She laughed again, ‘No, M’lady, unless that is what you would prefer. I shook my head, “So who is your patron supposed to be?” The she-wolf cocked her head and shrugged her shoulders, ‘I have not been called back from the Aether in a very long time, and they would have to be of Alpha caliber to be capable of the merge if I found them worthy to be my patron. Much as your own vessel had to be strong enough to hold the sliver of celestial essence within you.’

I closed my eyes in bliss as they enjoyed their wolf forms. I wondered what it would be like to meet my wolf. What color would she be? Brown like my hair? Or maybe white like my mother’s? A nudge on my hand pulled me from my thoughts and I looked up at Marcus in front of me. His tail wagged quickly and he pulled on my shirt with his teeth. I had no choice but to follow and he led me to the water. “What do you want?” I asked him. He used his head to gesture out into the water and I looked over to see a beautiful white swan swimming peacefully surrounded by four black swans. I assumed they were male surrounding a female and it felt like a sign. I was the white one and my men the black ones.

“I have come to know today.” “Today? How?” She forgot his previous behavior in the glee of that moment, and made him sit on the bed. “I went to see the Priest in the temple. She told me.” He paused for a second to arrange the information in his mind and then continued. “Specifically, I went to see her for the potion for my wolf. He was not behaving normal after meeting you. Priest Flora says that I am a member of the Blue Swans Coven.” “Really!”

Snow White laughed softly. She noticed her tattered dress had been meticulously repaired. The skirt, which used to reach her ankles, was now cut short above her knees, revealing her stockings and garters in a provocative way. The top, once a long-sleeved puff dress, had been transformed into an off-the-shoulder style, exposing her cream

"He and I have never met." Lily looked at Douglas with hatred, denying everything he had just said. Douglas still bowed to the Wolf King to justify himself: "Your father sold you to me before, and you are now in my possession." “Could it be… could it be that you are that person? Cannibals and murders of innocents?” Lily suddenly looked at the man in front of her.
