I then pulled out the knife from my waist and stabbed his hand—the one holding the black book. He let out a cry of pain as I drove the blade through his hand, causing him to release his grip. I quickly grabbed the black book, but I wasn’t satisfied yet. I slashed his face repeatedly and whispered to him: “For ruining my life, you deserve to suffer over and over again, Daniel Mercado. And I’ll make sure you’ll beg me to just kill you. The only part of your body that I’ll leave unscathed is your tongue,” I told him with a demonic grin.

I sniff, keeping the tears at bay, and I type - “I hate you, I hate you so much, and I'm done pretending that I don't. I hate you so much, and you hurt me. You were my bestfriend, my favorite person, and you left me. You read my books, the ones I don't share with the world, you've seen the demons between each lines, and yet, you went on and became one of them, you knew my demons and you become one anyway.
