Max grabbed the blue one and ran off, laughing. The feeling of being watched is back once again. I look around and see a man standing just a few meters away from me. He looks oddly familiar. I quickly sum him up as a 50 plus-year-old. I turn around and made my way towards Max as fast as I could. She is standing in front of the haunted house. I grab her arm and pulled her inside. I made sure to stand inside the darkness where no one will stop us. Max tried to talk, but I place my hand over her mouth.

Adam asked, looking around in search of the presumed ghost. “Hahaha! I’m sure she’s just too tired, or maybe she never expected to see me here” Max responded, still smiling at me. As his smile grew wide, all I could see was a broken man, masking it with laughter. I had to cheer up to avoid any further interrogations from Adam. “Yeah. That might be the reason, I guess” Adam nudged my shoulder. “I never knew you’d be coming along with her, though. I expected you’d be here alone” Max continued.

Max looked at Lucy with bewilderment, he couldn't fathom anything. He was muddled, Lucy stared at him without uttering any word at all. He came closer and studied her. Yes, it is obvious that her face doesn't look the same at all but that does not erase the familiarity. "Sweetest, don't you remember me?" He asked Lucy who shook her head in response. "I am Maximum Hank, don't this name ring a bell." Max asked and came closer and out of impulse, he gave her a tight hug.
