Why Do I Smell Blood In My Nose Novels & Stories

Virgo POV The smell of blood burns my nose, the scent so thick I can taste the metallic bitterness on my tongue every time I breathe. It clings to the back of my throat, heavy and suffocating, like the air itself is coated in it. “Virgo please it’s not too late to stop,” she cries weakly beneath my body.

I frowned—not because of her question, but because she was apologizing again. Then her eyes widened. “You… you’re bleeding,” she gasped, pointing to my face. I reached up and touched my nose. My fingers came away red. The metallic scent hit the space between us, sharp and warm. Another drop fell onto my shirt. My frown deepened. I hadn’t even done anything yet. So why the hell was I bleeding?

inquired Rasha. I don’t know why I feel anxious. I want to go to the direction that my instinct told me to. I was taken back by a strange smell; it was pleasant but mixed with blood. Blood that has been exposed to the outside for a long time that it began to rot. I like part of the smell that invaded my nose. I was oblivious of what happens to my surrounding. I was focusing on smelling the pleasant sweetness. A sudden scream got me out from my imagination.

Bum-bum. Bum-bum. My nostrils flared as I smelt the air, the scent of roses and grapefruit filled my nose. The scent made my mind reel with this odd sense of recognition, but the urge to quench my thirst and numb the fire in my throat didn't allow it to come forward. I was running before I could register where I was, the monster in me taking complete control. Blood, blood, blood. I needed blood, and then I could think again. I could breathe again.

I smiled back. I shouldn’t tell him right? He’ll just worry. It’s just probably because of lack of sleep. The next day I went to the hospital alone to have some check up. I should not compromise my health but I don’t want to bother Hugh at the same time. He had a lot to do in is office so it’s better if should not just tell him about it. “Your guess is right. That nose bleeding is caused by your fragile blood vessels perhaps, you’re doing some hardcore exercise or? ” The doctor asked.

Maia’s finger froze when she saw the drop of blood on the tablet screen. Raising her hands to touch her nose, she found blood dripping out of it. She was startled. This was not a normal occurrence for her. Was something wrong? Was it because the air was dry due to the cold weather? She took a few pieces of tissue paper and wiped her nose clean. Then, she took another piece to wipe the blood off the tablet screen. However, the blood from her nose kept flowing…

But as I walked toward my mirror to check if I looked as terrible as I felt, I noticed something that made my blood run cold. There was blood dripping from my nose. I stared at my reflection in horror. The blood was bright red and flowing steadily down my face. I had never had a nosebleed like this before, especially not after one of these painful episodes. I quickly grabbed some tissues and cleaned myself up, trying to stop the bleeding. It took several minutes, but eventually the blood flow stopped. I looked at the bloody tissues in my hand and felt a wave of fear wash over me. What was happening to me? Were these episodes getting worse? And what did the nosebleed mean?

I had already left the house completely and was about to enter my care when I felt something moist on my nose. I brought my hand to it and when I brought it down, I gasped. Blood!

The air is thick with acrid smoke, choking me with its bitter taste. My eyes burn, the stinging sensation making them water as I struggle to see through the haze. I cover my ears with my hands, curling into myself as ear-piercing screams ring out from every direction. The terrified, horror-filled cries send shivers down my spine, making my body tremble to the bone. Though my sense of smell is weak, the coppery scent of blood still assaults my nose, making my stomach roil with nausea. The smell is overpowering, and I can almost taste the metallic tang on my tongue.

In spite of the house undergoing a thorough cleaning, he can still smell blood in the air which is the only proof that whatever has transpired is true and not some freakish dream of his. When the fishy smell of blood suddenly stings him in his nostrils, he feels suffocated. Oh Shit! he can never get used to this smell. He quickly rushes to the door and pulls it open. He steps into to the porch and heavily starts sucking in the fresh air for some time. After standing there for a few moments, he feels the pressure in his chest loosen bit by bit as his crazy heartbeat starts to stabilise.
