Wiccan X Hulkling Novels & Stories

But for a werewolf whose nervous system had been shattered by a silver cage, that rhythm felt like a hammer against his brain. The remaining Hollow-Men didn't use fire or blades; they used Discordant Chanting. They began to hum a fragmented version of the "Hush," a broken melody designed to trigger the trauma in a werewolf’s mind. "You are broken, little wolf," the mages hissed in unison. "The cage is still inside you. The silver is still in your marrow. Give us the crystal, and we will end the noise."

Tears sprung up in my eyes; it wasn't just because of Dante, it was the sting of Scarlett thinking I was cheap. "I'll have a word with the other Vixens," Scarlett said. "We'll make a verdict within twenty-four hours. Now, get out of my sight." * * * * * * * * Howard's street was quiet when I arrived the next day-well, everything except his house. He unlocked the door, dressed in a green Hulk sweatshirt and denims, with uncombed hair. Someone was screaming in the background. "Is this a bad time?" I asked.

It hummed underfoot, a web of moon-fire. The ritual needed other things. Incense, sweet and bitter, smoked from clay bowls. I sprinkled powdered rue and the sap of a red oak. The smoke curled and became a map; I traced my fingers through it, turning the quarterings until the wind carried the scent to where it needed to go. Killian held a flat stone against his palm and let the heat steady him; I saw the way he measured his breath the way a fighter measures a strike. “This is intricate,” Luca said, voice low. “Witchwork and wolf-sense braided together. If Damon knows this place, he won’t expect the old ways.”

The Earth almost shook and broke when she went into the lake. I sensed a presence, the presence of another wolf. As an Alpha King, I had the ability to feel and hear other wolves, regardless of the fact of whether they belonged to my Kingdom or not. However, the power of this wolf was blocking me from hearing their conversation. I just felt it and it was almost raw, magnetic power. Who was this wolf??? And why did he speak to her??? What was their relationship??? A surge of jealousy overcame me, and I nearly interrupted her ritual in the water. I made a step forward when Art’s strong hand grabbed me by the shoulder, pulling me back instantaneously, stopping me dead in the tracks.

Death, that was the scent that seemed to have seeped into the very walls of the once brightly lit home, now shrouded in thick black curtains that covered every window. The pack was preoccupied with the abomination that they had missed the presence of their enemies in their own town. Far too concerned with that atrocity, Alexa Winters, to notice that their precious little human town had become the home of something darker, something far more sinister than even she, and something she wasn’t afraid of involving in her plan to rid the world of that teenaged brat. ‘Well, well, well, to what do I owe the pleasure of this visit little wolf,’

Wickham stood at the center, his face pale but resolute. Clara watched from the sidelines, her heart pounding. She wanted to be strong, but the fear of what might happen gripped her. Margaret stood beside her, offering silent support. As the Guardian began the incantation, Wickham closed his eyes. The air in the room grew heavy, charged with energy. The glowing symbols pulsed in time with the relic’s light, creating a mesmerizing yet ominous effect. Suddenly, Wickham gasped, his body trembling. The barriers he had created were tied to his very essence, and dismantling them was taking its toll.

“It's like the heavens. I've never smelt anything so intoxicating. I detect the most tantalizing aroma of chocolate and lilac.” Mitch focused and he too could smell it. He felt the pull. “Yeah, I notice it too, but what is it?” His wolf felt the urge to howl. He once again took over control of Mitch's body. “MATE!!!” He howled. Mitch couldn't believe his wolf's words. He crouched and ran through the horny bodies of people dancing in the club. With his wolf in control, Mitch kicked the bar door off the hinges. Cheryl could be seen leaving with Marla on the back of her motorcycle. Mitch's eyes zeroed in on the blue Volvo that was badly in need of a paint job. Cassandra started up the engine. M

“Nirvana, you’re here.” I turned around and saw Dylan. “Hey. How long you’ve been here.” We hugged each other. “Yesterday. Congrats, by the way. I’m happy for both of you.” “Thanks. So what are you doing here?” “Apparently, Zarah forgot to mention the Alpha King had vast collections of books, and I read some of her Grimoire and other Wiccan books.” “What’s Grimoire? Wiccan?” “Book of spells, Book of magic. Wiccans are people who believe in supernatural magic,” Aira answered. She looked like a girl you just wanted to sit with on the couch, had some margaritas, and talked all day.

I’m looking over the meeting minutes and ticking places off the map when Tru’s voice pulls me from my thoughts, “Would the Willow know where to find the stone?” I pause for a moment. Willow is considered the spirit of the forests and trees. She’s old and wise and knows many things. Anything that happens close to trees, she will see it. Speaking with her is dangerous. Humans and other creatures have destroyed many different forests. Special huldra were created to protect her. The huldra would begin to sing if a man entered the forest where Willow dwells. The intruder would follow the sound, and the huldra would lure them deeper into the forest. Then if the man was lucky, he is given a quick d
