Chosen by fate; second chance mates

Chosen by fate; second chance mates

Leaves and twigs crushed beneath his weight as he sprinted through the underbrush, the wildness of the wilderness matching the untamed fury in his heart. As he raced deeper into the woods, memories of the encounter with Alpha Drake and Amanda, coupled with what happened at Jane's home tore at William's heart. He had heard stories of lone wolves seeking solace in the embrace of nature, finding peace amidst the untamed beauty of the forest. In his anger and confusion, he hoped that the wilderness would grant him the clarity he so desperately needed.

Something wild

Something wild

And all she could think about as she stared at the rain was the bleak, hurt look in the Jacob's eyes. Oh, get over yourself, she thought. She sank deeper into the water until her nose kissed the stream surface. It was her own fault, and she knew it. Ever since she met the guy, she'd been acting like a hysterical harpy. She knew that he was her mate, she feel the bond, her wolf call him mine the first day she met him, she can't resist it and she still forght him and right now she was hurting herself, and also him, since he couldn't take it from her anymore, Predictably enough, he'd gotten sick of it and left. End of story. What point was there in beating a dead horse?

Howl for Justice

Howl for Justice

The change takes it away. I am wild and uncontainable like my breath, like my life, like my self. I am wild and raw and untamed.. I am wild and I am more than I can keep, more than I can be. I am wild and I am not ready, not ready for this, not ready for it. I am wild and I am supposed to be Mara, supposed to be, supposed to hold on.

Aria

Aria

Kaleb Wilder stood alone on the frozen ridge overlooking the southern valley, the cold wind tearing through his dark hair. His family had waited years for the moment he would shift into his wolf. But it never came. No claws. No transformation. No wolf. The gift had skipped him. For the first time in centuries, the firstborn Wilder son had been born human. To the elders of the Wilder clan, it was a disgrace. To Kaleb, it was freedom. Because without the wolf, he had been able to travel beyond the rigid laws of his clan. And that was how he met her.

The Alpha’s Shattered Mate: Her Secret Triplets

The Alpha’s Shattered Mate: Her Secret Triplets

Through the primal, sensory link, I could feel his kinetic energy spiking, a rhythmic, high-frequency thrum that made the silver moss beneath his paws pulse with a soft, violet light. But Fenris was not alone in the woods. A young woman from the Wild Ones, a girl named Lyra, after my own daughter, was tracking the same stag. She was a traditional wolf of the northern tundras, her fur a thick, matted rust, her eyes a piercing, lightless yellow that spoke of a lineage that had never seen the inside of a clinical lab.

HE CHEATED, I CHOSE THE TWIN ALPHA

HE CHEATED, I CHOSE THE TWIN ALPHA

The music from the wildfire celebration was still playing in the distance, people laughing and dancing like everything was normal. But for us, nothing felt normal anymore. I slowly turned to Kaeren, silently asking for help. His jaw was tight. I could tell he was thinking fast. “I’m sure you’re just mixing things up,” Kaeren said, stepping forward confidently. “There’s nothing like that. The people who have been getting killed lately? That’s wild animals. Wolves. Maybe even something bigger. But not humans with long teeth.” Cynthia frowned. “But it wasn’t an animal,” she insisted. “It looked like a man.”

TETHERED

TETHERED

KEILAH I was wandering into the woods, my senses alive with the crisp scent of pine and the soft rustle of leaves underfoot. A tranquil solitude enveloped me, wrapping around my soul like a comforting embrace. But then, as if nature had scripted a sudden twist, the serenity fractured. A distant howl pierced the air, stirring a primal fear within. It was joined by others, a haunting chorus echoing through the trees. My heart quickened its pace, mirroring the urgency of the wilderness around me. I turned to retrace my steps, only to find my path obscured by an impenetrable thicket.

The Alpha Professor and His Mate

The Alpha Professor and His Mate

"I will be your guide in this wilderness of pain so we can find a path towards your healing." In silence, the wolf allowed himself to be led by Anna, his steps mirroring the rhythm of her footsteps. The forest, once a labyrinth of torment, now became a sanctuary of solace under her watchful gaze. Days turned into nights, and nights into days, as she introduced him to the secrets of the wild—the healing properties of the herbs, the dance of the moonlight, and the whispers of the spirits that dwelled within the ancient trees.

Twin Alphas' Celestial Luna

Twin Alphas' Celestial Luna

The woman, we later found out is called Evelynn, was the only one to speak up to begin with. It didn’t take long for more pale, gaunt faces to step into the dim candle light that barely reached the bars that held them. Every cell had an occupant, some had two. We returned to Pine Lake with sixteen abused and neglected she wolves and one witch called Wren. She is a fighter that’s for sure. She hasn’t said much, only that she had been there for longer than she could remember. Like Liberty she had been stolen from her family as a child, her coven had been destroyed in the process.

Absolutely amazing! I loved both books! The main story arc is very impressive. I love that I can feel the emotions of the characters as I read these books. The best part about this book is how interconnected the characters are to one another. I would definitely recommend both books!!

This book (and the first as well) is awesome!! The author really takes time to develop her characters and story and follows through with all the different story arcs and twists and turns! But, what is the third book in this trilogy?? Am I missing something, or is it not published yet?

The Billionaire Who Saved Me

The Billionaire Who Saved Me

"They are cousins. They are family." Suddenly, Wilda's eyes closed dramatically. Unwillingly, Farrah's voice echoed in her mind. Echoing. Repeating. “Ariel and Garrett, both excellent choices, aren't they?" Wilda wanted to dismiss the voice. But she couldn't. It was as if firmly embedded in Wilda's memory, making her grimace as her fingers squeezed the armrest of the sofa. "How could you, Elice? Of all the men in this world..." Wilda's voice cracked as she tried to control her emotions. "...how could you come back to this family?"
