The area was pitch black, lit only by the headlights of a parked SUV nearby. "Found him!" one man called out. A few more shovelfuls of dirt revealed a corpse. Then, they hauled it up and dropped it on the ground. A tall, lean man stepped out from the backseat. Walter, face half-covered with a silk handkerchief, wrinkled his nose in disgust at the stench. When he saw the corpse's face clearly, his expression turned absolutely murderous. One of his carefully trained men had been killed just like that. Moreover, the body had already been buried by the time he arrived.

Thankfully, my Lycan gave me a general idea of where she had found Chad, so I told the two to follow me. Scenting blood, once we reached the incline over a clearing, I scanned the area in concern and saw several fresh graves along with a headless body lying on the ground. “There's a body, let's go to it,” I sighed to the others. Kneeling next to the corpse I examined the ragged hack marks on the remaining neck tissue. “Based on the size and wardrobe this was Chad Smith,” I gauged. “That's not Athena’s work; she's clean with her decapitations,” Anton commented, and Gideon just huffed.

Upon arrival, Chris walked straight to the two dead bodies that were lying down and covered with a white sheet. "This one?" Chris asked for confirmation. "That's right. Please take a look." Chris took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly. He opened the white sheet covering the two dead bodies, and found two familiar faces, Calista and the letter carrier. Chris froze, took a few deep breaths, and then went back to covering the two dead bodies with a white sheet. "I'm going back to the Blood Moon Pack to pick up Agatha. And as for this letter carrier's dead body, can I take it with us? His family must be looking for him right now."

He could only grit his teeth and leave in pain. The Black Serpents' men hurried over to ask if I was okay. He stumbled back. “You… how do you know?” I answered only, my voice like frost. “Because, like you, I was reborn.” Panic tore through him. His eyes went wild, his mouth muttered the same words again and again. “No… no… impossible…” Not long after, the tribe found him dead at the edge of a ravine. The corpse of a lone wolf, rotting and forgotten. And I… I held William’s hand and walked toward our future. Under the rising blood moon he bent to my ear and whispered,

I instinctively replied, "Timothy's dead. Agatha killed him." He was stunned when he heard that as well. Since he had been busy with work and had just come out of the meeting room, he hadn't heard the news yet. Agatha killing Timothy with her own hands was truly shocking. Even someone like William couldn't help being surprised when he heard it. He thought he had heard me wrong and thought it was impossible. After all, Agatha loved Timothy with all of her heart. When William returned to his senses and saw how serious I was, he knew it was true. Then, he lamented, "I guess anything is possible when you've lived long enough."

Then I put the pic away and looked at William Afton feeling down, so King Thorax, Queen Chrysalis and I walked towards him. “William, is something bothering you?” I asked William. Harvey stood in front of the grave with a solemn expression. “William, I’m here to see you.”

The lifeless body of the doctor was slung over his shoulder. I stared in horror. “As for William, I will need to make arrangements,” Mr. Masterson sniffed. “We’ll use the same funeral home that we used for his mother. They did an excellent job.”

Two men were seen dumping a corpse on the road at the outskirts of the city and zoomed off. A stranger walked toward the corpse. Looking at the man’s body, he held his hands and could still feel his pulse pushing gently. “He’s still alive. I need to act fast.” He struggled to carry him into his truck and zoomed off. At a funeral People were seen dressed in black, crying. A familiar corpse lay in an open casket—it was Mr. Douglas. His wife sat in the front row of the funeral, crying, with a woman consoling her.
