Wrong Ride, Right Lover

Wrong Ride, Right Lover

Henry snorted, "The security in B City is slipping. Take now, for example; many things have happened. You still want to be police chief, don’t you?" William fumbled hearing Henry snort. 'Of course, I still want to be police chief! Who doesn't?' However, William dared not answer Henry that way; his body was stiffened. "It's true, much has happened lately. I'll have a meeting to get this issue resolved!" Henry's body stiffened, his eyes cold while his towering silhouette emanated a frigid air. William felt out of luck; he never imagined there to be so many things happening around Henry. William felt devastated, but still forced himself to smile.

The book was good but I really would like if the writers could stick to the initial names given to the characters and be mindful of the his/hers/she/he/they/them and so on. Otherwise great story from start to finish.

This is one of the best book I have ever read and I highly recommend this to those who are finding good book and story. There are lots of errors though when it comes to names and other stuffs but over all the story is fascinating. Just hoping that the ending is not the common ones.

The Billionaire's Bride: Our Vows Do Not Matter

The Billionaire's Bride: Our Vows Do Not Matter

He stepped aside, the surrender almost imperceptible, but Xavier caught it—the faint retreat in the clench of his jaw. "Wait here," William muttered, lacing his tone as he turned back into the shadows of his grand home. Xavier's lips curled into a semblance of a smile, not a hint of warmth reaching his eyes. Behind him, the city slept, unaware of the storm brewing within the walls of the Jackson residence.

Dear readers, there was a chapter that didn’t go through when updating and I just noticed now, and it went after the Xavier, please chapter. Kindly note that this chapter was supposed to be when their steamy scene started. I will sort it out with my editor on Monday. Sorry about that.

Divorced, Dazzling, and Desired

Divorced, Dazzling, and Desired

- In the living room, Jasper received a call from William, who announced, "I've made up my mind. I want Renee Whitley and nothing else!" Whether it was his masculine need for conquest, or that he had really fallen in love with Renee at first sight and couldn't stop himself, he was refusing money either way. Jasper frowned as he warned, "The resort rakes in over a billion a year. Are you sure about this?" "I am William Xavier," the other man snorted right then. "I don't lack money, and I have no interest in power—those are mere possessions, and I don't want them."

The Lost Heir

The Lost Heir

Dean never thought that the Sean Williams he knew and the Sean Williams, the President of the foundation that he was supposed to meet two days ago, are the same person. Yes, they had the same name, but he just thought it's still common to have the same name. And besides, all he knows is that the Sean he knew was Henry’s son, not Stuart’s.

Still, he loved him and felt at ease in his presence. However, his egoistic nature prevented him from confessing it. "Okay, it's time for me to play with my great-grandchildren." William said before standing up and heading to the back door. However, he came to a halt and turned around.

Thank you for giving my novel a chance. And I am extremely sorry that my updates are very slow. I sincerely want to update on a regular basis, but it is not happening for me, and I am afraid it will remain that way. I am not a full-time writer, and I do other things as well.

My dad shook Wyatt’s hand. “It was no problem, I understood that it was to keep everyone safe. My parents had told me that a witch spoke of the future and that I needed to keep Remi safe for it to come to pass, but they never told me of that future. I’m glad that I was able to keep everyone safe and keep the agreement with you intact.”

The Unspoken Accord

However, sentiment had no place in the meeting they were about to have. They were preparing to face Mr. Henry Williams, William's father. Henry was not involved in the day-to-day operations like his wife, Evelyn, but he held the ultimate veto power over major financial and legal decisions, including the prenuptial agreement. He was a man defined by prudence, stability, and an unwavering respect for the bottom line. Where Evelyn was volatile, Henry was granite.

His Father's Bride

His Father's Bride

Henry sat in front of him, small and bright-eyed, gripping a wooden toy with the determination of someone who believed it was the most important object in the world. William noticed me almost instantly. His expression changed the moment he saw me. Softened. Like it always did now. “There she is,” he said quietly. Henry immediately turned and reached for me. I crossed the room and lifted him into my arms without hesitation, pressing a kiss to his soft hair. William sighed dramatically. “I see where I rank.” “Very low,” I said lightly. “Unacceptable.” Henry grabbed a fistful of my hair as if to prove his loyalty. William pointed at him. “You see? No respect in this household.”
