I breathe out. He looks at me to say more but slowly I see the understanding fill his eyes, “You want to use the wish Oshmin offered you to free your people.” I nod slowly. “Mei, are you sure? You only get one opportunity, are you sure this is what you want to use your wish on?” He asks gently while holding his warm hand to my cheek. I relax closing my eyes leaning into his touch as the electricity it creates makes my body sing.

God has made our hearts' desires come true. Today, I am a successful businesswoman. I am a well-known business owner's wife. I am a mother of two kids. My spouse values me more than he values himself. Even before I can speak, he already has all my wishes granted. I love my life as a lady and am satisfied.

He asked, smiling that oh-so-handsome smile that transformed his face to devastatingly beautiful. “But we aren’t supposed to tell others about our wishes!” I whined. “If we do that then the wishes won’t come true.” Nathan’s smile only widened. “But mine already did.” With that, he brought my left hand to his lips and pressed a kiss to my wedding ring. ///////////////// If there is some God out there that’ll really listen to my wish, then I just want to say: I want to have a future with Savannah. * * * * I don’t know which God this fountain belongs to, but if anyone is listening, please make whatever Nathan wished for, come true. He said. “I don't know… there must be something that appeals to her. It doesn't have to be materialistic. It could be helping her with something that she's always wanted. Or it could be sending her on a vacation so she just takes time for herself and rests. It could be anything, really. You just have to think of a wish that she's always had and grant it.” Again, he seemed to consider my idea before finally speaking. “You're a genius, Marissa!" He said and jumped to his feet. “I know just the thing."

I was about to go inside my room but a shooting star passed by. I was shocked for a while but managed to close my eyes and wrapped my hands together. I'm not into wishing stars but this time, I'll try. I won't lose anything, though. “Universe, my only wish is to have someone beside me. Someone that will fill this empty space in me that no one can do. Even just for a short period of time. This time that I feel like the huge world for me is suffocating, give me a home that I can run to whenever I want. I just need someone for the meantime.”

She was still sad so I thought to show some interest in her story to cheer her up. "Tell me about this wish please." Her face lightened a bit seeing me curious to know about the story. She told me how some God has given this blessing to the people of the earth that whosoever wish for something on the 5 consecutive days of rain, her/his wish will be granted but the thing was the wish should be made from the heart. I would be lying if I said that the story didn't intrigue me so I asked her, "And how to make this wish?"

said Wilbur. "Hold on and listen to me. I know you have a wish, but I will never grant someone's wishes casually here unless that person has made a significant contribution to the universe and its dimensional axis, one that can influence the very fabric of spacetime. At that point, depending on the wish points, I can fulfill one to three wishes for you. Typically, one major battle might earn you two to three wish points, and you need to accumulate a thousand wish points to have one wish granted. Furthermore, each servant has only three chances to make a wish in their lifetime. Once those three chances are used, no matter how many wish points are accumulated, no further wishes can be granted.

I managed to say, wagging my head, and mimicking the usual way he calls me. He chuckled, "I'll send my wishes and gifts by morning. It's time to go!" He kissed my cheek again, and withdrew slowly from me. With that, he got into his car and drove off. I sighed in relief and signaled at the driver to take me home, i've gotten enough for the day, and it was already getting dark outside.

I can see the fury in him, just like when they called me a bastard child. “There’s still a chance for you to get a wish,” I tell him softly. “But only if I win and donate one to you.” "Yes, yes . . . they said the winner can donate. Then none of the tests I have failed will matter." He wipes his tears away, hope returning to his eyes once more. “But you still have to pass the last three tests to earn the donated wish,” I remind him. “I will...I promise I will,” he says firmly. Still, Mary was smiling blissfully, hugging Chris' arm as she gloated, "I'm no longer your wife, George. Quit being so sarcastic." Chris' arm tightened around her waist as he smiled too. "Oh, don't waste your breath, Mary, or he'll get to you. Let's go home to your mansion already." 'So that the bum won't have a chance to regret.' Hearing his thoughts, I could laugh. Regret? I was the one who was worried Mary would regret this! Still, this was just getting good, and I was patient enough to wait. And just as I thought, what Chris said left Mary confused. "What mansion?"
