As they wandered, absorbing the scenery, they successfully charted the entrances and exits on the main level of the house. As they ascended the stairs, they surveyed the rooms to gauge the situation. Encountering three locked doors, one witch attempted a spell to unlock them but was interrupted by a guard. She feigned confusion, claiming it was her first day and she was in search of the restroom. The guard, indifferent, directed her accordingly.

It felt flimsy, a pathetic piece of plastic against the solid wood and steel.

Thea asked the maid, who seems to be hesitant. "There is an issue with one of the doors in the west wing your highness. I don't know if I should trouble you with this or not" the maid replied with respect. "It's ok, you can tell me anything. It's not a trouble at all. Don't worry, now tell me what is it?" Thea encouraged the maid. "As we always did, we were cleaning the mansion this morning. The door of one of the rooms in the west wing is locked. We tried to open it, but it's not opening" the maid hesitated again.

I don't know where to enter. I gave him a look that says where-is-the -door And I think he doesn't get it. He is still looking at me so I mouthed "Open the Door" while acting as if Im opening the door. 5 seconds later the wall in front of me automatically slides to the right and create an opening to his office. What kind of Vodoo shit he is installing in his office? I will not be surprised if the floor opens up in front of his table if he fires someone.

Chadwick, too, ceased his pace while hiding behind her back. “W-Why?” he asked. Adira put the light on one of the doors in front of them. “There’s a door,” she said. Chadwick wanted to say that they should not open it but that is the only way they can use. So, he shut his mouth while watching Adira rapped her hands around the door handle and slowly pulled open the unlocked door. Eiingggk The door begrudgingly creaked open. The inside looks like what Adira had expected.

I couldn’t smell him nearby, so I knew I had some time before he returned home. I slid the key into the keyhole and unlatched the lock, pulling the drawer open. I gasped when I saw what was inside. It looked like a thin black wand with a dark blue crystal-type ball on top of it. The black wand had leaf-like decals that expanded out, reminding me of wings and a part of it stemmed around the blue crystal holding it into place.

She forced her inner self to co-operate with her. Her flashlight is still on as she can't find switch board so she simply decide to follow that voice and jump from a window if a ghost is there . The annex door gave easier than it should have. Voss stopped Adrian with a hand before he could push through. "That's not resistance failure. That's a door somebody left unlatched on purpose." Adrian was already looking past the frame, at the seam where the hinge met the wall. "Claimant corridors run a secondary bolt behind the visible one. If the visible lock gives easy, the second one's still live." He reached past the handle, found the recessed panel exactly where memory said it would be, and thumbed it dark. "There. Now it's actually open."
