He drinks beer while sharing stories with his friends. Vesper made her way to the second-floor library area. She stared at the mountain of books in front of her. Then she moves her way to the history section, where she pulls out a book titled: Wolves 1900. It shows a summary of the life of werewolves in the 1900s and how they protected themselves against the blood hunters. She got another book titled “Vanishing Wolf, a Memoir” Her eyes start to widen as she reads the book.

"Then? Tell me what happened next, hurry!" "Okay, so after that, I found this book about vaewolves, I'm assuming that you already know what that is, then I found out about the blood moon where it'll come out. I've waited for it, just to find out that it's actually me, I'm a vaewolf, the dangerous and monstrous creature was me" I explained to her that left her dumbfounded. She wasn't able to speak for a minute, still stunned by my revelations and she seems to not know how to speak herself up.

I quickly paced down the hall so I could get to the room faster and open this book that felt like a newfound piece of treasure in my hands. As I scanned through the first few pages of the book, it was picture after picture of different drawings and versions of what a nightwolf was portrayed to look like. Some of them were detailed to be howling at the moon, whilst several illustrations had a sort of evil and rabid look to them. But there was one in particular that caught my eye, and instead of just flicking past it, I stopped, staring at how strikingly similar it was. The wolf was pure black, just like mine. Like someone had placed it there for me to find. My fingers curled around the book. I lifted it slowly, carefully opening the cover. There was no title. Just brittle pages covered in faded script and lunar markings. Symbols I didn’t recognise. In the middle of the book, tucked between a page of symbols and another of warnings, I saw it. A story of a wolf with a soul that refused to leave the world of the living. It told of a warrior who died in battle, his body cold, his mate devastated. But she didn’t let go.
