He shook his head, his ears flicking anxiously as he tried to think of an explanation for everything that was happening. Eric jumped suddenly as a loud snarl erupted nearby, causing the entire area to echo with the deafening sound. His gaze snapped downwards, only to catch sight of a large black wolf staring up at him, jaws open in a ferocious roar. Eric let out a scream and stumbled backwards. For some reason, he instinctively lashed out his hands in order to block the creature's attack. When he opened his eyes again, he realized that he hadn't blocked it at all.

I didn’t try to get the scene behind my eyes like I usually try to, I let it play again this time, relieving when the kiss happened, sleep welcomed me without me knowing. I saw a wolf, a huge black wolf. I looked around trying to figure out where I was but all I could see was a maze of trees, my heart thundered. The wolf standing a few feet away from me it didn't look like it was a normal wolf, it was more compared to the a wolf. It had black furs and long sharp pointed canine that looked sharp enough to rip iron apart. It stared at me like a predator stalking its prey, waiting for the perfect moment to lunge.

It hit like a tidal wave, dragging me under all over again. I forced myself to stand, weak and shivering. As I turned toward the mirror, something caught my eye, just for a moment. My wolf was there, but not like any I’d ever seen, she was massive, jet black, darker than night, darker than death itself. Her eyes burned like fire, vivid orange flames dancing in a soulless void. I screamed and stumbled backward, crashing to the floor, my heart pounding like war drums. When I dared to look again, she was gone. Only my own reflection stared back, shaken. What are you?
