After getting to my room, I lay on the floor slowly so I wouldn't trigger more pain in my body. “I am still yet to understand this, how did she end up with your bruises.” Devlin snapped right after. The wolf, who had been busy chewing up Gavin, spat out his shoe and growled menacingly, followed by jumping on me. I sidestepped, but the wolf managed to push me down with its left paw. I let out a loud cry of pain when I felt it sink its teeth into my shoulder, but before any damage could be done, the wolf immediately retracted its teeth, taking a step back away from me, its green eyes staring at me as if staring right through my soul. From the corner of my eye, I saw Taylor throw a silver bomb at the wolf, who immediately growled out in pain, shifting into a very naked and muscular man, Alpha Alexander Pierce, my biggest enemy!

Its dark eyes assessed her with a predatory glaze. After a few moments Adelaide relaxed her stance and moved to stand in front of the wolf. It growled in aggression as she neared, and she let out her own grumble, from deep in her chest, to warn it off of making any movements. “Submit,” She spat. Their eyes met as the wolf worked hard to resist her words. She recognised the wolf, it had been at the Moon Valley. The scent of purity clung to its skin, the scent of the Moon, and she wondered why it was here.
