Chapter 47 : Isabella Sinclair groaned and palmed her head as she opened her mobile and unblocked Jessica Williams. Her eyes rounded in shock seeing the super hot Mathew Hill with another woman. She had been busy visiting top designers for the super rich and shopping for her attire and accessories for the evening dinner with the Hills through the past few days which had left her exhausted. She was getting a body massage at a luxe spa when Jessica’s irritating phone calls started disturbing her.

She didn't have any bikini or swimsuit with her and while she kept on grumbling, Xavier had put over a dozen on the counter to pay, though she didn't ask why she would need a dozen for a 3 day trip. By the time they returned to town, the sun had already begun its descent toward the western horizon. Evening wasn't far away. A strong sea breeze swept through the streets, carrying the sharp scent of salt. The two friends walked in comfortable silence toward the mansion of Ki Somanagara near the town square. Then a scream shattered the afternoon. A woman’s scream. High. Terrified. Echoing through the surrounding streets.
