3 weeks later… “TK!” Azura’s distraught scream fills the sitting room as she searches frantically for her child. They had been playing hide and seek when TK had disappeared right before Azura’s eyes, his giggle echoing in the room as Azura searches every nook and cranny. “Baby, please. Mommy doesn’t want to play anymore,” Azura calls out nervously. Suddenly, TK reappears before her eyes, a smile on his face as he jumps up and down, “I win! I win!” He giggles as Azura scoops him up and smothers him with kisses. You will have to learn things on your own, so that you will be able to guide TK, for he will carry on your purpose. Moon Goddess’s words echo in her mind as she tries to calm he

He raised his head at Matt at the alarming question raised. "That should be this full moon." Alpha Andrea finally answered even with Fiona's intent to intrude, I smirked behind my puffy face from the food I was trying hard to masticate. "Oh I see, that is perfect timing, the season of the Moon Goddess, blessing the Aloha and his Luna, we could have what such auspicious date, but we're so engrossed in each other that as a common Gemma and Omega we choose a normal day." Matt let out his hand scrolling through his phone and Alpha Andrea's eyes were red, and the redness I could see calming to purple anytime soon.

The river flowed towards the sea, tall trees stood on the side and the moon was hanging up in the sky. "This is a nice place," she took a sip from the bottle. "And the moon is beautiful. I don't think I've ever looked at the moon this closely before. Those dark spots are the craters in the moon, did you know?" "No, that's Jack and Jill who went up there to fetch a pail of water... See, they splashed the water though," he pointed and Jacques Laughed. "It looks that way, isn't it?" "I am glad you like this place, Jerlina," he kissed her forehead.

We turn at the same time to see Luka stepping out from the forest, his gold-tinted curls blowing about his face, his brown eyes wide with wonder at the sight of the river. He walks past, still not seeing us. Darius and I look at each other, then scramble up to follow him. Luka stops at the top of the river embankment. He passes his hand over his eyes. When he drops his hand again, he opens his eyes and they are a milky grey colour. The glow disappears from the sky and in the darkness a full moon rises. Not just any moon. I recognize this moon. So pale, so clear, it appears as if behind a layer of ice. The first full moon of the new year. The Wolf Moon.

The Still Moon Pack’s woods were relatively larger than those of most packs, and the pack had maintained them properly. The trees grew in a deliberate sequence, and its leaves were lush and glossy in the sunlight. The branches provided enough shade, so we hardly felt the sun on our skins as we moved along. In the Werewoods, every pack had its little woods where we let our wolves out for regular runs and held various celebrations in our wolf form in honor of the Moon Goddess. The woods served as both an escape for our wolves when needed and a shield for each pack against ambush. Only pack members understood their woods perfectly and could use it as a weapon against enemies, and that had been

Noah's wolf said and Moon hauled up instantly turning his back to the lake, buckling up his gear, and running out of the woods only to be welcomed by Mother, Father, Ashton, Noah, James, and some others. Father's eyes had a strange look. Something I never saw. Mother was finding me an alien. Ashton, Noah, and James never moved from their spots. Mother approached Moon slowly, her eyes watering. She found Moon extraordinarily beautiful. I smiled, but how could Moon. He growled, this time warmly. Mother touched Moon's back and he gave in almost instantly. Mother's touch had been stuffed with love, care, warmth, and belongingness. Moon was home. I was home.

Next, they began to recite words of incantations, and speak in strange languages like they were hypnotized. "We'll know why we're here." The voice of our oldest female alpha spoke up. "We're here to witness the holy matrimony of Aurora Devine Wood and Shane Gledova." Each word that came out of her mouth, was accompanied by dead silence. "As the unite today in holy matrimony, may the moon goddess bless and approve of their union, and give victory to our pack." She prayed. As she spoke, my heart froze in silence. I knew what was going to come next.

Her hair moved although there was no wind. She looked less like a wolf, less like a woman, and more like something ancient. Something powerful. Something the gods themselves had touched. A Tombstone warrior dropped to one knee. Then another. Soon dozens followed. Not from command. Not from fear. From awe. The Woodland wolves looked terrified. Some began retreating. Others abandoned their weapons entirely. One whispered. "The Moon Chosen." The words spread rapidly. The Moon Chosen. The Moon Chosen. The Moon Chosen.

A gut feeling is what humans call it! Alpha Phoenix, the leader of our "Blue Moon pack" that worshiped the Blue Moon, hence the name, had two children; a daughter called Diana and a son called Gray who had yet to take over since he had not found his mate; soulmate that is. Every single wolf has a soulmate, in short another half made just for them. We usually find our mates when we turn eighteen years old and a wolf born into Alpha status like Gray cannot take the ruling position until they have a mate or old Alpha dies. That is why Mara, the daughter of the most loyal Beta of our pack, is his mate-to-be. If he does not find his true mate by twenty-five, he gets betrothed to a female worthy o

Maria frowned for a moment, “Actually it was in that same book that I read another story. It is rumoured that somewhere on the earth exists a moonstone so powerful it is believed to have fallen from the moon itself as a gift from the Moon Mother. It is said whoever wields that stone will be blessed with the wisdom and power of the Moon over the Earth.” “Do they look different?” Luna Yasmin asked. “It has been said that the stone is as alive as the moon itself.” She revealed with a look of excitement and mystery on her face leaving us all wondering.
