"I brought something that might help." She held out a book. Old leather binding, pages yellowed with age. "Found it in Doc's collection. It's about moonfire wolves. Your kind." I took it carefully. The title was in a language I didn't recognize. "Can you read it?" I asked. "Some. Doc's helping with translations." She flipped to a marked page. "Look at this." There was a drawing. A wolf surrounded by flames. And beneath it, text Luna had translated in the margins.

I had hope that it wouldn't just happen now. But like every other year, at this point I would wish that my name wasn't my name. The next few pages show how the wolves didn’t eat the child, but took her with them. Then the illustrations jump to a battle scene, full of death and carnage. Bodies on the ground, and what looked like people and beasts fighting each other. Page after page showed carnage and blood, some images might be a little graphic to have in the Library to be honest. “If this book is about war, then what does the girl surrounded by wolves, from the first page have to do with anything?” The more I look through the book the more confused I become by the first few pages.

He asked, I look at him and there I saw a dog wagging his tail. "No," I responded that made him gloomy. "I promise I won't meddle with you." He said. I just ignored him and continued what I am doing. I've been reading this book titled 'Lily of the Valley meets Wolf Boy'. It's a famous book written by the most famous author nowadays, which is Phoenix. The story is about a sick but energetic girl that met a weird boy who was raised by wolves. They met in a city where the boy got lost. That boy is kind of anxious about how people treat him because of his different from usual behavior. The girl helped her and they became friends.

Ysolde looked up from her chair by the window with the small bright surprised face of a young woman who had not yet been asked, in two days, for any small thing other than water. "Of course, my lady. What would you like me to read?" "The pack-songs again. The one — the one about the small grey wolf who finds the lost child in the snow." "Of course." Ysolde rose and crossed to the bedside table and picked up the small leather book of pack-songs from where she had set it the previous afternoon, and she sat back down in the chair by the window and opened the book to the small careful place she had marked with a thin grey ribbon, and she began to read.
