Raven mumbled as a strand of tears rolled down her cheeks. " I tried...I tried stopping myself...I cautioned myself...I told myself " no, don't do but... I couldn't even help it" She sniffed. "I'm a horrible person sis, a thief...a burglar...a murderer..." " Suush. It's ok Raven calm down" Jade shushed her immediately as Raven was already choking on her tears, her hands trembling. She was hugging her pillow tightly like she would never let go. Jade took her hands in, massaging them gently.

Raven would go out for a few hours, then return only to drown herself in liquor. "Zelena Martinez is back, Caddel is back, Yoel is back. You know who else will be back?" Raven suddenly asked, drawing his attention to her. "Excuse me? They are back and I had no idea?" He asked in horror, the rate of his heartbeat tripling. Raven cast a conceding look at him. "You stay in New Jersey but you know practically nothing. Sometimes I wonder what you're good at other than taking care of your vampires."

The trance in her mind was broken when she heard him introduce her. "Guys, this is Catherine, our new little fish," said Miguel, who soon moved away from her as Diego approached to shake hands with the newcomer. "Welcome to the shark tank, dear. I'm Diego, your teammate along with Rogerio, that unfriendly guy back there," he said, pointing to the friend who was approaching. "I just didn't run to introduce myself," Rogerio nodded his head to the side as a way of greeting her. "Welcome to the shark tank. I'm Rogerio, as the speedy one over there has already presented."

Raven watched all of this and he felt happy for him. These four other giant men were Sazon Demiko, Roman Salizar, Barshan Stanikoff, and Mikial Bannonkov. They all ranged in age from thirty five to forty. Sazon was the youngest of them and Yuri the oldest but Raven could see in the lines of their faces that each of them had led a harsh life. When she’d been introduced to Sazon, she realized she’d seen this man before. She couldn’t remember where at first but as the evening progressed, she recalled the when and the where. It had been three years ago and during that encounter she had almost lost Nicky.

Jacob POV The panic that hit me when I stretched my arm across the bed and realized that Raven was gone was the worst feeling that I have ever experienced. And it only spiked when I saw that she wasn’t in the bathroom either. I grabbed the jogging pants off the floor, almost ripping holes in them as my claws extended from Coal, starting to push forward. His panic only added to mine.
