I mind linked my tigeress “In the beginning of time the Moon Goddess gave wolves the ability to become men. Her sister, the Sun Goddess, wanted something similar, but not as abundant. Something to show that she was as present as her sister was. The Moon Goddess, loving her sister very much, gave her sister the ability to make a tigress a woman. The Sun Goddess loved the idea. It showed her presence without the sense of arrogance. Every thousand years the Sun Goddess finds one she-wolf and blesses her with the gift of becoming a tigress. The tigress i

she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. I nodded, a smile tugging at my lips. “They’re ours, Nova. Finally, ours.” Then, as she gazed down at the boys, something caught her attention. Her smile faded for a moment as she gently moved aside one of the blankets, revealing the zodiac signs on their backs. Her eyes widened, and she looked up at me in awe. “These markings,” she said softly, tracing one of the symbols with her fingers. “They carry so much power. It’s a sign—a gift from the Moon Goddess herself.”

A smile played on her lips. “Give me your hand, child,” Mother Goddess said. Offering her left hand, she watches with awe what she was doing. Mother Goddess drew a moon inside a circle. “Now, forget this.” Mother goddess said, as she lightly poke Allorah’s forehead. Like nothing ever happens, Allorah turns away. Mother Goddess, watch her leave. “Now that destiny has been sealed, that child will suffer. But at the end everything will be for him,” Mother Goddess said as she looked back at the fountain. “To explain that, I have to give a little background on our goddess, Hecate. She is closely related to your goddess, Selene, which is why she and Selene teamed up to get Nathan, Michael, and I out of the Meteoric Rise Pack. While Selene is the goddess of the moon, Hecate is considered the queen of the night. But Hecate is the three-faced goddess, meaning that she has three different aspects: the maiden, the mother, and the crone. The maiden cares for women in all shapes and forms: animal, human, or supernatural. The mother cares for all children in a similar fashion. Both are loving and concerned about living in harmony with the world around them. The crone, though, she cares for the

"So regarding the moon goddess and the mate bond. For starters, the moon goddess is somewhat a god, she's part creator of specific living beings and natural effects. Artemis the maiden, Selene the mother, and Hecate the crone. All three considered moon goddesses with only Selene being the personification of the moon.” Theia says slowly, thinking through the stories she knows. “Artemis?” I ask unaware of her story or connection.
