The Alpha's Secret

The Alpha's Secret

There was a time when the sight of her lovely honey-coloured eyes left me weak in the knees, now I want to claw them out of her skull with my bare hands. “I didn't think you'd come,” I say. “Why didn't you tell me you're here?” “I wanted to make sure your little side bitch really left.” “I’m sure she did.” Harriet nods. “And you are truly alone?” “You know I am. Are you?” “I’m not that stupid, Jericho. The last thing you said to me was that you wanted to die so you’d be free of me.” She raises her arms and four mutants come lumbering out of the swamp, walking straight in our direction. Their eyes are white, sightless, and their skin is greying. “Zombies?” I ask. “Really?”

Fictitious Reality

Fictitious Reality

Jay said the moment he opened his eyes. “I am so sorry, Jay. I must have accidentally said Room number 38 instead of Room number 83.” Ron said, trying to cover up his ruse. “I just had the scare of my life. What are they anyway?” “They are mutants…” “Mutants? How is that even possible, Ron? All the animals have become extinct from the earth, right. How can we make mutants when we don’t have animals to base our research on?

The Endgame Chronicles

The Endgame Chronicles(The Apocalyptic Queen Theresa)(Supreme Survivor In The Zombie Apocalypse)

By now, they had a clear classification system for zombies. Ordinary zombies didn't need mentioning. Level one mutants showed obvious boosts in speed and strength. Level two zombies often had special traits. Some had extreme strength, some incredible speed, others extremely tough skin, and a few even showed special abilities. Level three and above mutants were extremely rare. They had cleared two districts of Aecraton and barely encountered any mutated zombies. Level two mutants were still uncommon overall, but the moment Hayley's group entered Brookville's territory, they started seeing them. Whether it was a coincidence or not was unclear.

This is by far and beyond the best book I've read in a long time! It kept me so engaged that I had a lot of sleepless nights and I had to force myself to put it down. If it was in book form, I would buy it in a heartbeat! Thank you Hugh White for writing and publishing this book. it's the story of a

Worth the read, well written and has a decent plot. The characters generally have a lot of depth, although one or two have been a little strange, maybe written that way on purpose. The FMC sometimes feels a little too cold, and vengeful, but again part of her character... I will continue reading!

BACK FROM THE DEAD: MY APOCALYPSE LEVEL-UP SYSTEM

BACK FROM THE DEAD: MY APOCALYPSE LEVEL-UP SYSTEM

"I was scared Eva! Everyone was going crazy! I made a mistake, a mistake!. Look at us now! We found each other in this nightmare! It's a sign! We are supposed to be ! I can help you run this place! I can protect you!" "Protect me?" I asked, my voice rising to show the scorn inside my chest. I leaned closer to the glass, my eyes narrowing as I looked at his form. "You can not even protect yourself from three low-tier monsters. Look behind you, Marcus." Marcus stiffened, his face turning pale. At the end of the block the three mutated zombies let out a roar. Their arms scraped against the walls as they sprinted forward, their jaws snapping wildly as their dead eyes locked onto Marcus. They wer

My Cats Ruled the Apocalypse

My Cats Ruled the Apocalypse

Only three days into the apocalypse, and the zombies had already started mutating. The mastiff, unable to attack, was instantly killed. More people were bitten, more zombies appeared. The mutated ones were faster, smarter, and now headed straight for Dominic and Vicky. "Ahhh! What do we do? Go, all of you!" Vicky let go of the leashes. The other two mastiffs charged—but were soon surrounded and slaughtered. The humans who had been outside retreated upstairs. With no targets left, the zombies' noses twitched, scenting my direction.

Ice Apocalypse: Shameless and Unstoppable

Ice Apocalypse: Shameless and Unstoppable

I heard a mutated beast swallowed him during a supply raid before he could even seek revenge. Five years later, as the first rays of sunlight pierced through the thick clouds and shone upon the earth, an excited voice blared over the loudspeaker. "Attention survivors! The National Academy of Sciences has successfully developed a serum to kill the zombie virus! The apocalypse is over! We have won!" Cheers erupted from the base. I stood on the city wall, watching the sun slowly rise in the distance. My parents, still full of energy, stood beside me. Dad patted my shoulder, saying with a grin, "Sweetie, how about we have a feast to celebrate tonight?"

When the Zombie Horde Came, I Built the Ultimate Shelter

When the Zombie Horde Came, I Built the Ultimate Shelter

Not only were the ones on the walls blown backward, even the towering pile of bodies beneath them began swaying violently, on the verge of collapse. For the first time since the attack began, I finally had a moment to breathe. I looked up sharply, trying to see what had just flown overhead. A rescue aircraft? But the moment I saw it clearly, a chill crawled down my spine. It was a mutated zombie bird. So, animals could be infected too. And somehow, I was only realizing it now. The creature beat its massive wings before suddenly diving downward. I immediately raised my gun toward it, only to realize its flight path wasn’t aimed at us at all.

Run Fox Run

Run Fox Run

Mutants have a distinctive scent. It goes along with their overall wrongness. They smelled like rotten earth and industrial buildings. Depending on the type of mutant, all they had to do was be near you, and you could become infected. Only superheroes can defend from those because they have some of the mutant genes in them, so they don’t turn. If you don’t have the mutant genes in you already, you’re at risk of turning into a mutant. Those mutants are rare. It’s more common to face the ones that if they bite you or break your skin, you become infected. But it was always better to be safe, then dead.

He Fed Me To Zombies Nineteen Times

He Fed Me To Zombies Nineteen Times

The mutated zombie’s claws tore through Jenkins’s chest. He was dragged off the terrace before he could even scream. "Fire! Fire!" Ethan shrieked. Gunshots cracked through the night sky. But the creatures were too fast. They had evolved in the bitter cold. White fur. Beast-like speed. A single bite snapped Rodriguez's neck. The blood froze instantly. "Fall back! To the base!" Ethan grabbed Chloe and scrambled for the snowmobile. The two remaining guards laid down suppressing fire.
