Alpha's Little Vampire

Alpha's Little Vampire

Workers of the night shift were shocked to see them together, tongues wagged at their weird coupling. “Madam had locked her office’s door for the whole evening. Something is fishy.” “Eww. Look at that man. He is like an uncle of our Madam.” Charlotte almost choked at her salad, Eric hurriedly offered her water. “You and Uncle? I have crossed one century milestone this year, and they think you are older than I. Humans are funny.” Eric pouted at Charlotte’s age claim. “Then you should adopt me. I am a good boy.”

Genuinely Curious has really made me genuinely curious to keep reading this book which has killed all cliches in first few chapters. I mean when did we ever read a book with poor vampires and chubby cute FLs? Breaking stereotypes left and right, I am loving this. More power to you girl ....

Once Upon a Tryst

Once Upon a Tryst

VictoryAnne Viceblood moon goddess
“I don’t even know you!” “I think we know each other well enough.” “Carnally,” she huffs, rolling her eyes. “Exactly. I think we can say we are definitely compatible.” “But you’re so young…” “I’m only 4 years younger than you! My parents had an age difference of 8 years. It really doesn’t matter. We are both adults.” I stand up, finding a clean pair of jeans and pulling them on. I see her searching everywhere for her clothes, and I hand her my shirt from the night before.

He wanted to wait and see what those babies were about to do on their own. Of course they were like babies in front of Landon. Landon was three centuries older than both Charlie and Berry. Aminah Ndaliman
The duchess rambled on and on about how her only martins left her. Alice made her face into a scowl; if her father left them then it has nothing to do with them. He must have his reasons for that so there is no way she would stay and someone will blame her for that. “But we have spoken about this countless time, him leaving has nothing to do with me. And I am mature enough to know what is good for me granny.” Alice regretted when she let the word granny out of her mouth.

Rejected by my Husband

Rejected by my Husband

Karline continued, “if the same seven-year gap is between a twenty-five-year-old and a thirty-two-year-old, it’s different. Both are adults. Both have lived, failed, learned. There’s more equality. More agency. Less risk.” She shrugged lightly. “So age gaps aren’t inherently wrong. It’s about where people are in life.” Mia nodded slowly, absorbing every word. “Ohhh.” Karline turned back to the stove, stirring the soup. “Why are you asking?” Mia hesitated. Then, almost as an afterthought, she asked, “What about… a twenty-one-year-old?” The spoon paused mid-stir. Karline didn’t look at her immediately. When she did, her gaze was sharp, but not unkind. “Twenty-one and…?”

Blackcrusthatchet ch 15
~Sigh "Miss Artemis, I'm not putting your feelings on trial, but this is just a temporary infatuation. You don't even know me properly and, trust me, you don't want to. I know for a fact that most of the people who get to know me, eventually run away! Besides, I'm only seventeen years old! There must be guys of your age, who would be much more suitable as your love interest!" "Age doesn't matter to me. It's not like there is a vast difference… I'm only 21 and this 4-year age difference is not that big a deal, you know!" "Ahem… 22!" Howard uttered out loud, but didn't make eye contact. Colt's shoulders juggled up and down as he tried to do his best to control his laughter. He was the one who

Still coming along nicely. The Archie plot has hot a good point. I feel there is more to come with Rain in the story and I like that. It is good to acknowledge the news spread of his accomplishments beating down Archie, but I would shorten the side conversations of the random people.
Erika Delevine
I'm honestly surprised that this story doesn't have more views and reviews. It's well-written, moves at a relaxing pace and the author did an amazing job with the descriptions. The characters has great depth, personalities that stand out. It is also clean and well-edited.

If I were Yours

If I were Yours

Toby glanced at Yvette for a moment and said, "Yeah, why not?" Smiling, Yvette replied, "I guess that settles it, then." When Jean heard that, she raised an eyebrow and said in a low voice, "I don't think I should. It doesn't seem very appropriate. How old are you guys, anyway? I seem way older." Yvette had mentioned that Toby and her were twins, so they were the same age. Jean noted Yvette's youthful appearance and deduced that she was a lot younger than her. Raising an eyebrow, Yvette said, "My brother and I will turn 30 this year."

Age Bound Ecstasy

Age Bound Ecstasy

The sea below kept its rhythm, relentless and indifferent, a metronome that measured every breath they took. Veronica was eighty eight now. Ethan ninety one. Numbers that sounded impossible when spoken aloud but felt entirely natural when lived day by day. Their bodies had changed in predictable ways: joints that protested in the morning, skin that held every sunspot and every scar like a map of survived summers, hair that had surrendered completely to silver. Yet desire had not faded. If anything it had concentrated, distilled into something purer, more urgent because time had taught them exactly how finite every moment was.

The Brother Who Wasn't Mine To Love

The Brother Who Wasn't Mine To Love

April who had her back to him thought he was gone, not knowing he has a hidden agenda and had quietly walked back to stand behind her. Iver and Mr Caddel, who could see him clearly, pretended like they didn't see anything, anticipating the next scene. "I wonder what he's still doing in this house," April scoffed. "You want to chase your brother out?" Mrs Caddel asked. "He's already twenty four years old, mom. He's not supposed to be under this roof anymore," April replied. There are times when the year difference between April and Orion is ten and there are times when it is ten, depending on the months they are in. The age difference between Iver and April though is five years.
