I moved my fingers to my eyes and tried to rub it slowly but it was itching more. “What happened?” Melissa asked placing her hand on my shoulder. I bent my face down and blinked my eyes again but nothing relieved me. “I don’t know… My eyes… There’s something in it, I guess” I said while rubbing my eyes. “Don’t rub them, Em…” Melissa said and grabbed my hand to move it down. “Wait… Let me go to the bathroom and splash some water on my eyes” I said then handed over the jacket to Melissa after which I continued, “Hold it for a while. I’ll come back”

My vision gets blurry as I continue watching them making out until I can’t take it anymore and I press my back on the wall, wiping my tears away. What should I do to stop this reaction?

Miss Fatima asked her with a sweet tone. Sarah looked up to them. Her sight is blurry because the tears are the obstacles for her to see clearly. She wipes her eyes using her hand but instead of making it dry, her eyes became wetter. Her hand that she used to dry her eyes is also wet because of sweat. Miss Fatima noticed that Sarah is having a hard time drying her tears. She looks at the towel for she thinks that it can dry her eyes, but unfortunately, it is also wet. The sweats from Sarah's body is too much that it made the towel wet just for a few wipes.

Tears sting my eyes, hot as they stream down my cheeks while I push toward the exit. I need air. Space. Anything but this.

He managed to splash the water onto his face without making a mess, but his eyes felt like they were stinging. When he lifted his head slightly, he could see how puffy and red his green eyes were. They also seem to look sort of neon because of the number of tears shed. Whenever he cries this much, his eyes turn into a brighter shade of green then it already was. He went to touch the skin right below his left eye using the first three fingers on his left hand. It felt tight and rigid. He sniffed back any stray tears that were trying to come out, turned off the faucet, and left the bathroom with a heavy feeling tugging at his heartstrings.

I looked up and saw that everything is in a blur. What happened to my eyes? I thought and rubbed them. When I looked up, it was clear for a few seconds and again got the blurry image. I am crying! I realized and cried more. I don't want to cry, but they are not stopping at all. I crawled near the shower and started it. Then I felt the water falling on me slowly and then with force. For a few minutes, I just sat there and let the water touch me and wash away the feeling of something dirt on my whole body. I slowly lay on the floor and looked far away.

I just wanted to know why the tiny veins in her eyes are visibly red. "Why are they red?" I ask her again, dipping my head in her direction to see what she's doing. The back of her fingers is on her eyes. I don't know what she's doing. "They are pink and not red, there's a difference." She looks back at me. "They are pink because I got soaked in rain. I got wet and caught a cold. I caught a cold and I took medicine. I took medicine and it made me sleepy. I felt sleepy so I rubbed my eyes. I rubbed my eyes and I forgot the contact lens I'm wearing. The contact lens and sleeping caused my eyes to be red. I mean pink." Her glare is scary, downright scary. "Ok?"

That made her more emotional. “Marwick… I … damn,” she hid her face and chuckled in his chest, “Don’t make me cry. I wear lenses, and I can’t afford tears.” “Then should I do it when we are home? So that you can cry there easily,” he muttered and kissed her eyelids one by one.

I had captured their attention, I could see their sharp eyes staring at me. “Akemi ---” I cut him off. “Stop this nonsense shit of yours, Engineer Dela Costa,” I almost yelled, because I didn’t want to draw any more attention from the people there.. I stopped when I saw tears streaming down his cheeks again. I clapped internally. Wow! He’s getting better! I’m always amazed by how much water comes out of his eyes. What kind of eye drops does he use, that he can cry so much?

I knew that if she tried to comfort me, I would burst into tears. "I need to get ready or else I'll be late for work," I whispered and rushed to my room. Closing the door behind me I slid down against it. When my eyes started welling up with tears, I quickly rubbed them with the back of my hands and got up. I couldn't cry. I needed to keep my eyes from getting puffy. Mike would know in one glance and if he confronted me again, I would lose control and mess up everything. Exhaling heavily, I went to take a shower.
