The next day started as usually. I didn’t have any new clothes, as a result of my new acquaintances with the Kings. Lincoln and I went to school. And I was with Steven all the time, while Linc, Raf, Dylan and Jeremy were staring at us, talking and speculating about why all of it had started. Even though, Lincoln knew everything, I was sure that he wouldn’t disclose me.
Most of my lessons were with Raf, so I had to see him a lot. I had to catch his glances on me, hear whispers mentioning my name and just feel the tension.During the lunch nothing happened. I looked around the room to see if there was anything strange. Especially, I was looking out for the weapon. But there wasn’t any. Yeah, what’s happened was crazy and sometimes I ponder about whether it really happened to me. Because I have only seen it in the films, series or books. But apparently, it happens in the real life as well. I was an epitome of it. We had one more week at school and then the autumn holidays would start. The whole week Raf wasn’t coming to school. I thought that probably he was shunning me. The other thought was that he had some things to do with his family. But I didn’t find out eventually. It was Friday. I woke up and the first thing I did was think if I had any problems that I had to deal with, or whether my friends were in some trouble. I checked my phone, but there weren’t any calls dismissed, nor there were new texts. I got up and went to the bathroom. I did the same things I did every day. Then I went back to my room and changed my clothes. I went downstairs and saw as always dad and Linc. We decided to keep that night
