Third Person’s POV

The inside of the cave fell into pin drop silence, and the sound of the gurgling and falling water intensified along with a big splash following Asha’s fall. She felt water enter her mouth and nose, and the pressure from the waterfall directly pushed her further down which aroused panic and anxiety to breed in her heart. Asha felt suffocated and in pain, but she tried hard to flair around the deep water while enduring the force of the waterfall to swim upwards.

Asha does not even have the time to think about the black robed man in the cave as she pushed her body to swim against the falling water current while holding the breath that was almost smothered by the mouthful of water that entered her mouth. It took her a couple of minutes to finally break open the surface of the water, and bursts of coughing, gasping and inhaling could be heard loudly from the pool of water as her eyes teared up from the pain in her throat and lungs.

Asha’s chest felt stuffy
