Chapter Sixteen
Beau rubbed his face to hide his anger and sadness when he walked into Robyn's hospital room. He saw his brother sitting right beside her on the chair, holding her hand seemingly caressing it.
He could not believe Drew let Colin in first before him. Why would he do that? Then again, Drew and Robyn were more than close. They were brother and sister who were best friends. Robyn was closer to Drew than to August in his opinion. Maybe she had told him about their little confrontation at her birthday dinner.
Her words rang out repeatedly in his mind yet he still had no idea what she meant. Did Robyn feel like he was sidelining her? Maybe he should hang out with her more.
He swallowed his emotions and approached the bed slowly. The last thing he wanted was to upset Robyn again.

The hot water cascaded down his body lightly relaxing his tensed up body. He imagined it washing away his stress.
