Ava's POV

“This should just be fine on you.”

Marietta picked up a blue gown from the endless ones that seem to filter the mahogany wardrobe.

I had just taken a quick bath after Marietta insisted I have to do that to see the Alpha.

I brushed my hair gently to cover the wound that formed at the side of my face. I looked at my face in the mirror beside the wardrobe and a small smile formed on my lips. I just couldn't believe how much my looks have changed.

I thrust my head sideways as Marietta cleared her throat to get my attention.

“Let's get going, he's waiting for you.”

I nodded then followed her outside the door. We strolled together across the long hallway, which seemed to have an endless number of rooms. It was a relief when we finally stopped in front of a huge brown door, just on the other side of the hall.

I stopped and took a deep breath as Marietta punched some codes on the door. The door slowly creaked open and I was forced to take in another grand sight, the beauty leaving

    Ava's POVI stared at the paved street with high arched walls as the truck began to move at a really slow pace. The streets were a beehive of activities as it was full of people milling about, doing whatever I don't know. I can't remember how long the journey lasted, I was asleep for the greater part of the journey.And also, the ride has been a very silent one. The men hadn't uttered even a single word to me or even to one another. So I had thought them to be boring and maybe snobbish.
