Bella's POV

The Alpha King looks into my eyes as he speaks to me. I could feel Chad's anger building at the blatant audacity of the Natbian King. The Natbian King was extraordinarily attractive. I wondered why he didn't have a mate.

"I have a proposition of my own if you want to hear it." Alpha King Hudson says. His gaze lingered on me even when Chad's aura was starting to intensify.

"Look at me when you speak, Hudson, because I swear if you keep staring at my woman, you will lose your eyes." Chad Snarls, making Arona scoff.

"You both act like she's something special. She's all but damaged goods, rumor has it she's divorced." Arona remarks mockingly. Chad slams his fist on his desk, making me jump.
