Gabriel POV.

Standing looking over the balcony as the wolves and humans dance on the dancefloor below. My gaze settles over the bar where I spot Gaia. She is hammered with no fucks given.

I know this mate bond business is hard on her, but she needs to get over it because we aren’t going anywhere.

“What you looking at?” Leo says from behind me, my gaze not leaving her as I watch her stagger towards the centre of the dance floor, swaying her hips as she moves. He growls as he watches her. He moves to follow her when I grab his arm, shaking my head at him.

“Leave her, let her blow off some steam, besides Jake is there and so is Calista. She won’t cause any trouble. Not after her spanking.” I tell him with a slight chuckle as he moves back to my side. His bare arms are placed on the railing as he leans forward, watching her.

“It’s not her I’m worried about. It’s the unmated males and the humans. The way they are looking at her makes me want to mark her in front of them all.” He growls out
