As I made my way down the hall to my room I could tell that my eyes were bloodshot so I tried to Make sure no one saw the state I was in. When I got to my-Elijahs Wing which is the North wing- I released a sigh when I hand was on the big brown door.
"Celeste," I heard Elijah's voice and I turned around to look at him. He was putting on a gray suit with a white inner shirt and his hair was combed to sleek. His shoe was as black at night reflecting his suit as he walks and on his left hand was his golden crown and royal robe that dragged on the ground and he seems to go not care one bit.
"I was looking for you," He continued, stopping in front of me with a smile while I gave him one too but his smile flattered when he saw my tear stained cheek and bloodshot eyes.
"What happened?" He asked and I shook my head but he was not having it. I sighed and shift on my feet before looking at his gray eyes.
"I got
"You should apologize to mom" My brother mumbled as we both walked outside the beautiful rose garden. I sighed, nodding my head at what he said for he was right. I do need to apologize to mother for shouting at her. "You're right, I shouldn't have spoken to her the way I did" I said as we stopped next to a beach. I watched as a green butterfly landed on one of the roses before moving to another. "This garden is really beautiful, but strange as it is only filled with red roses don't you think shorty?" My brother asked and I snorted and the nickname. "I'm not short," I said, emphasizing on the word short. "But I think the garden is beautiful as it is" I answered his question about the garden. He nodded, sitting on the bench behind us, dusting it with his hand either checking if there was any dirt on it or just 'doing it for doing sake'. I followed, sitting nex
Elijah's lips kept opening and closing as he tried to form words. "Y-you remember.." He Finally stammered, his hands fisting the wet grass underneath us.I got up, stumbling a few times and Elijah tried helping me but I snapped at him slapping his hands away. "Don't touch me!" I screamed at his face, breathing heavily."Celeste, I-i can explain" He said getting up and moving closer to me but I shook my head stumbling backwards."No.. Stay away from me!" And with those words said, I ran.I ran into the woods, panting and gasping, breathing heavily as I did. The green trees around me were like a blur as my legs carried me through the forest and my eyes kept releasing wetness like a waterfall. It felt like I have been running for hours until my legs finally gave out and I fell to the ground, a few twigs scratching at my exposed skin.My body forced shift from all the betrayal
Right now I am in my room packing a few things that would be leaving with me back to crestfall pack. I opened the drawer next to my bed and picked up the book I put there. I opened the book in the middle and released a sigh when I saw that the flower Hilda had given to me was till there although it is now dried.I put the book in my bag and zipped it up, then opened the door with my bag behind me. I turned around to see Elijah resting on the opposite side, staring at me but not saying anything. He was without his crown but in a fitted black suit. His hair was dishelished and i could tell that he had run his hand through it a couple of times and he also had dark bags underneath his eyes letting me know he hadn't gotten any sleep. We stared at each other for at least two minutes both of us not saying a word. I finally cast my eyes downwards before walking pass Elijah and he never once tried to stop me which made me fee
I woke up with my eyes red and puffy from crying. I sighed as I flinged the blue duvet over my body and got out of bed. The wooden floor felt cold against my bare feet as I sauntered to the bathroom.I looked at myself in the mirror and I could no longer recognize myself. My green eyes looked lifeless with dark bags underneath them from crying to much. My cheeks were hallowed like I have not eaten for days but they appeared there from the stress I've been passing through lately. The messy bun I put my hair in last night was now loose and a few strangs were laying on my forehead.I licked my dry lips and shook my head adverting my gaze from the mirror. I picked up my toothpaste and brush, laying the paste on it before putting it in my mouth. After I was done, I pushed the curtain to my bathtub to the side, taking off my clothes and putting them on the floor. I turned on the shower letting the warm wat
Its being a few days after that incident and I could not sleep every single night for I kept on seeing Natasha's lifeless face.I couldn't sleep this night too, I kept toasting and turning on my bed and eventually I decided to go for a run in the woods to burn up some fuel. Opening the door to my room, I cringe when it made a noise but continued my journey outside the house.I released a sigh when I was finally outside and jogged barefoot to the woods. The sky was dark and the moon hid behind the clouds. For others it might not be safe for them to be walking alone in the woods but I felt free, free from my problems.I found a perfect spot behind a large tree to shift into and I quickly strip from my clothes. Bending on all fours, I closed my eyes and imagined my dark wolf.I growled as my body transformed, and I slouched like an animal. My bones snapped, lengthened, and popped back into place.
I placed the little things I brought with me in the boot of the car, closing it and then turning to mom who stood beside me. It took me right days to finally come to a decision that I wanted to be with Elijah."Are you sure about this?" Mom asked and I nodded, offering her a smile. "Yes mom" I answered giving her a hug and inhaling her scent.Dad was standing at the porch watching the interaction between his family. I sighed when I saw the sad look on his face and decided to go up to him. We haven't spoken to each other since the study room incident that occurred eight days ago.He looked surprised that I was coming up to him and composed himself. "Dad," I said giving him a small smile."Look Celeste, I'm sorry for everything" he mumbled looking down. I placed my hand on his shoulder and he looked at me while I offered him a smile."I know," I whispered and he smiled. "But you need to tell
Was I suppose to run into him arm? Or maybe drop the towel? Fuck, the latter was unnecessary but it did come to my mind. We both stood there just staring at each other, Elijah, gasping with no words coming out of his mouth while I, holding my towel tight. "You're here" He finally breathed, leaving the door nob and moving towards me, and within a second, he scoops me in arms. My hands was still holding the towel making the hug look kinda weird but that was OK by me. I was happy to be in his arms-right now I felt safe, I felt at home. "You're really here" he mumbled into my hair and I removed the hold I had on the towel and wrapped them around his waist. "I missed you" I said to him and he pulls me closer to him, tightening his hold around my waist but I do not mind, it makes me feel all the more better, wanted. We pulled away after a minute or two, looking into each othe
It felt like a dream come true. It is a dream come true. My makeup was done to perfection by the make up artist and my hair a Low Bun With Mini Bouffant and Side Sweep. I felt like a princess who was being dolled up to met her prince charming at the bottom of the stairs.I was finally getting married to the man I love, everything was falling in place. I got up from my seat when the hairstylist was done with my hair and got into the beautiful white diamond gown. I ran my fingers along the lacy material and it sparkled under my touch."Truly amazing" The hairstylist said putting her combs and brush inside her bag. I got compliments from the people around me and I either answered them with a smile or a thank you.It was finally time, my parents walked me to the large wooden door that was closed and mom kissed me on the cheek telling me how beautiful I looked before leaving Dad and I there. We stood there a minute and I used t
