Emily woke up from heavy drowsiness. She opened her eyes and found herself in an unknown place. She sat on the bed and tried to look around but the room was completely engulfed by the darkness. The moon beaming outside was not doing any justice to her vision.

With shaking hands, she removed the blanket from her body and looked around hesitantly.

“It’s okay, Emily. No one is going to hurt you” came a deep husky voice somewhere from the room.

Emily couldn’t see the owner of the voice but she recognized him immediately.

“Edmund!” Her voice was more surprised than frightened.

“So, you recognized me, love?” He was surprised that she managed to recognize him irrespective of her drowsiness.

She got up from the bed and tried to search for him but she was unable to see due to the abyss of darkness.

“Where are we?” She enquired nervously.

“My place. My bedroom to be exact!” His voice was as cold as block of ice.

Emily was taken aback by the news.

“Why did you kidnap me?” She asked in surprise.

“I didn’t kidnap you, Love. I just took what is mine!” His deep voice was huskier than before, almost hoarse.

She blissfully ignored his comment as Brian already told her that something like that can happen in the near future but she didn’t expect it to happen so early.

“Mind switching on the lights? I can’t see!” She replied nonchalantly while stretching out her arms to avoid hitting her head to the furniture.

“Nope. You need to find me in this darkness” It was not a request. He commanded her in his Alpha voice and something inside her was dying to do as he ordered.

“How am I supposed to do that?!” Emily replied in a frustrated tone.

“Focus, Emily! Focus! Use your powers. You should be able to see in the dark” He ordered with authority and intentionally let his Alpha aura loose.

“Really? Are you kidding me? First, you kidnapped me and now you want to play hide and seek with me? I am done, Edmund! Let me go home!” Emily shouted in anger.

“Not until you find me, Emily! Try to focus your vision” His deep husky voice was hard, lacking any emotions in it other than impatience.

“I had enough of you! From the moment you have entered my life, you are making things difficult for me. You are trying to destroy Brian and my relationship. I don’t know what is wrong with you both brothers and I don’t care! Stop dragging me in the middle of your petty argument!” Emily gritted her teeth while speaking.

She expected Edmund to be furious but instead the guy chuckled. Emily couldn’t help but think how melodic his chuckle sounds.

“Woah! You have a sharp tongue, Love. Can’t wait to dominate it while tasting your sweet mouth” Edmund said with a flirty smirk.

His single statement made Emily shiver with excitement, making her feel all sorts of different emotions. If he would not look that drop-dead gorgeous, Emily must have told him to f*ck off!

‘What is wrong with me? Why my body always betrays me whenever he is near? Forget it, Emily! Focus on Brian! Brian is the love of your damn life! Edmund is….’ Emily couldn’t finish her statement as she just couldn’t gather enough courage to accept that Edmund is ‘nothing’ to her.

While being busy in her train of thoughts, she didn’t know when she kept her hand down and directly hit her head on the wall.

“Ouch!” Emily cried in pain.

“Emily, are you okay?” came Edmund’s worried voice from somewhere in the room.

“You little piece of sh*t! I told you, I can’t see but you still forced me to play this stupid game. It’s all your fault if I get a nice looking mountain on my head!” Emily cursed him while rubbing her head.

Her leg got stuck in the carpet and she lost her balance.

“Oh F*ck, not again!”

She was about to fall on her back when two giant hands caught her waist.

“Edmund!” escaped her mouth but it sounded more like a moan.

‘What is wrong with my voice again? Why it felt like I was begging him to take me?’ She wanted to choke herself to death because she already knew what was coming next.

“Are you trying to seduce me, love?” asked Edmund, she could tell he was smirking.

“Nope, of course not!” Emily replied plainly.

She held his shoulder to maintain her balance on her own feet and then pushed him away a little.

“Then what’s with that tone?” His voice was seductive, appealing her to lose control.

‘That arrogant b*stard! He knew he has so much effect on me!’

“I got a cute bump on my head and I lost balance all thanks to your nonsense game and you are still asking me like you don’t know?” She groaned in pain.

‘F*ck, look at me having 60 years old’s back pain in my 20’s’ She scoffed internally at her own joke but his next two statement caught her whole attention.

“Don’t groan, love. You are turning me on!” He spoke, the corner of his mouth twitched into a teasing smirk.

She suddenly noticed that she could see everything even in the darkness, including Edmund’s handsome face having the prettiest smile. She realized Edmund had to have been the most attractive male specimen she has ever seen in her life.

His gray eyes were shining in the dark, his hair was the color of molten chocolate, his angular chiseled face was perfectly symmetrical. It looks like he was made with all the best features chosen. His snow-white skin compliments his dark hair, making him look more gorgeous. He muscular body with washboard abs will put all the male models of big companies to shame.

His ethereal face with his unbelievably sexy body was a treat itself. It was like Adonis himself has come down on earth to bless her with his presence. Only he standing there breathing was a pleasant sight to see.

Emily found herself drooling. She shook her head and brush off the thought.

“I know you feel the same!” Edmund said in a deep voice.

‘Not that I will ever admit it on his face but his voice is incredible!’ Emily thought looking straight in his sparkling gray eyes.

His cold intimidating demeanor with his sexy deep voice was making her shudder. To make it worse, she felt Edmund’s hand on her waist again.

“Of course, not!” Emily scoffed and tried to remove his hand.

“Really?” He asked pushing her towards his chest.

Emily’s heart started hammering against her chest by the sudden closeness. Her hand rested on Edmund’s chest like an automatic reaction. All she wanted to do was push him against the wall and have her ways with him but Brain’s handsome face flashed in front of her eyes.

“Edmund” She said breathlessly, almost moaned his name.

“Hmm, baby?” His voice was polite, not his usual frosty tone, which felt like he had ice cubes during breakfast.

The logical side of her brain bid farewell and logged out of her system. All she could focus on was that one silly word.

‘Did he just call me baby? Why does it sound so heavenly by his mouth?’ Emily closed her eyes and was about to give in to sensation when a name entered her subconscious brain.

‘Brian! I can’t do this with Brian. I have to stop’ She instantly pushed Edmund away.

“What’s wrong?” He asked confusedly.

“I don’t like you. I like Brian! I love Brian actually!” Emily hurriedly said, unsure of her own words.

“Are you convincing me or yourself, sweet little Emily?” Edmund enquired.

His hands were back on her waist but this time Emily was quick to jerk it off.

“I already told you, brute! I am not interested in you. I feel nothing for you!” She tried her best to sound confident her voice was still hesitant.

“Is that so?” He asked, his voice colder and huskier than before

If it was mentioned colder or huskier previously, it was nothing as compared to now. It sounded sexier to the limit that Emily felt herself aroused just by his deep voice.

Next thing she knew was her back touching the wall. Emily was pressed between the hard wall from behind and even harder chest from the front.

He caressed her cheek gently. They were so close that she could feel his warm breath on her face. His captivating scent entering her nostrils were more inviting than anything in the entire world, it was like her own personal brand of drugs. Emily tightly held the sleeves of his white shirt. She felt him getting closer.

She noticed them giving each death glares like they were about to rip each other apart like animals, ‘What the hell is wrong with these two?’

Brian gazes swept from Edmund to Emily. His face was fuming with anger.

Guilt took over her instantly when she recognized that Brain saw her on another man’s arm, who is none other than his own brother, and she was about to submit to him. She was shamefully enjoying every bit of it.

“Brian!” Brain’s eyes softened when he looked at her but then it was burning with cold fire when his eyes fell on his twin again.

“You have already done enough damage, Edmund! First, Serene and now, Emily? You should stop going after my woman! I would not tolerate if you hurt Emily!” Brian’s tone was as cold as ice berg.

‘Who the hell is Serene? These two were fighting over a girl for years?’ Emily thought baffled but didn’t turn her precious thoughts into words.

“Stop bringing her in every conversation, Brian!” Edmund literally growled in front of Emily.

‘Clearly not a happy memory’ She noted.

“Leave Emily alone and I might forgive you!” Brian intoned coldly.

“I didn’t ask for your forgiveness, brother” Edmund sneered in response.

Brian wasn’t really happy with his reply. He snorted in anger and marched towards his brother.

“You were always shameless. I should have killed you back then!”

“Then what’s stopping you now?” Edmund asked with an arrogant smirk.

“Fine, you asked for it, Alpha Edmund Hale” Brian uttered in rage and removed his coat.

‘Alpha? What Alpha? What the hell is going on? Are they really going to kill each other?’ Emily was stunned to see them talking like freaking mafias.

Edmund seemed to copy his brother’s move. He also removed his coat and unbuttoned his shirt.

‘Why are they removing their clothes in the middle of a fight?’ She looked weirdly at the two amazingly hot guys.

When Emily’s eyes fell on their exquisitely build bodies, she couldn’t help but stare.

“Don’t worry, love. I will satisfy you after I deal with my brother” Edmund said with a teasing smirk. She couldn’t hide the blush on her cheeks.

Brian growled like an animal after hearing his words and something happened in front of her that she couldn’t have believed even if someone would have told her millions of times.

Brian jumped towards his brother and turned into a black giant wolf just like his shining black hair color.

She was struck by the lightning bolt when she saw her own boyfriend turning into an animal by her own sinful eyes.

But soon enough another lightning struck her, when Edmund also turned into a chocolate brown colored wolf. Suddenly, Edmund’s master bedroom looked small when there were two gigantic wolves inside it.

Emily was scared to death. She screamed from the top of her lungs.
