"You mean they almost caught her?" I asked Brandon, who was standing by my side. Sabrina was also standing by me, but she had been quiet too, her presence almost invincible.

I looked over at the three men who were kneeling on the floor, their heads lowered.

"Yes, we almost had our hands on her. We were scouting in the woods when we spotted her. She seemed like she was running away; she's definitely guilty! We could have caught her if it wasn't for that person butting in and taking her away," they complained.

Running away? I knew that Camille was never going to stay still inside Trevor's palace. She must have tried to escape her.

"Did you see the person who saved her?" I asked them.

They looked at each other and nodded their heads. "his wolf was majestic, he also looked tall, Camille knew who he was," one of them said.

I didn't need to ask more; I already knew that it was Trevor. He was really bent on keeping her there in the pack.
