Chapter 29 - The First Meeting
BLAIRE
"Haaaaaaaah" I let out a deep sigh as I surrendered my body against the door. How many times have I sighed this day? I closed my eyes and enjoyed the cold breeze of spring comforting my racing heart. I've barely started the plan yet it seems like my life span has drastically decreased. I shook my head in defeat and smiled sadly. Life's never been easy to me.
I slowly walked towards the railings of the balcony and inhaled the sweet scent of the moist green grass. I turned my gaze upward and appreciated the beauty of the wraith-silver disc hanging in the withered skies. Lasers of moonlight, as bright as diamond-flame, turned the scenery a-glow like melted platinum together with the tiny heavenly bodies glittering merrily in their lovely abode.
'12th balcony to the left' is what I remembered to be Duke Vel Lavite's sanctuary in the Imperial Palace. I still remembered a scene from the book where he attended a banquet and got distressed

I feigned a cough to compose myself and the moment our eyes met, the pair of green orbs that were intensely staring at me softened as he heaved a sigh. When the gush of wind suddenly blew against our direction, the hood from his black cloak slowly slipped away and revealed his glorious silver linen hair which gracefully danced along with the serenades of the wind.
