"Brae..."
"I need to go to the restroom," I instantly said, not giving Caesar the chance to speak to me.
It's been three days since that one-night mistake happened, and it has also been three days that I have been doing everything I can to avoid Caesar.
If only it were possible, I would never want to see him again. If only I could end my vacation and just go back to work, but I can't. I have to be present at Raine and Tyler's wedding. So even though I don't want to see Caesar, I have no choice but to be around him every time Raine, Tyler, and our parents are around, acting as if nothing wrong had happened between the two of us since they knew nothing and I have no plans of telling them. But every time the two of us are left alone and he tries to strike up a conversation with me, I make any excuse not to talk to him.
I don't even know what else he wants us to talk about when I already made it clear to him that I just want to forget what happened to us.
