Sitting at the dining table I felt uneasy. The look I was getting from the king's mother made me uncomfortable. “I couldn't believe it when I was told you finally got married. I had to rush all the way here to see who it was but I must say I'm clearly disappointed in your choice. If all the women in the world, why did you have to pick her?” She said with disdain.

Her displeasure could be clearly seen on her face. She ran her eyes all over my body, clicking her tongue in displeasure. I bowed my head, focusing on my meal.

“What's your name?”

I raised my eyelids, meeting her eyes, “I'm Isabella.” I replied respectfully. Despite rude words she was an elder, I am to give her the maximum respect she deserves no matter what.
