Recovery of the Silent and the Speedy

Adam woke up in his room with his head feeling like the inside of his skull was being slammed

into by a sledge hammer and his Uncle sitting in a chair next to him.

“How long was I out?” Adam asked groggily.

“About an hour you took a pretty good hit there. I had to send Jazzy away with Ebony so she

could calm her nerves a bit.” Sir. Eletrish replied.

“Who won?” Adam asked

“It was a draw from every aspect of the fight. You two connected your final blows at the same

time and knocked each other out.” Sir. Eletrish stated in an amused tone.

“Alright I know you want me to say it.” Adam groaned out

“Say what?” Sir Eletrish said with a mischievous grin.

“You damn well know what. I heavily underestimated her before we fought in the ring blah blah

blah. You were right I was wrong oh wise Uncle of mine.” Adam replied somewhat sarcastically.
