Year XX26 when a plane had gone missing. No one has heard from it since then. Search parties were called off and passengers were declared dead. People tried calling out to them through their phones. They hear it ring but no one answers. Nathalia Trayce's father was on that plane and she's determined to find out where or what exactly happened to him; by going to the place that her father was suppose to go. Hoping to find more clues, she boarded a plane passing through the Pacific Ocean when an unexpected thing happened; their plane crashed and they suddenly found themselves in an underwater land. The Atlantis, where they found out that they were responsible for the missing planes in order to save them from the government. At least, those who posses Atlantean genes - a superior gene that help improve their physical and mental abilities. But why can Nathalie hear the thoughts of sea creatures - an ability that is suppose to be for Byron, who's the said reincarnated demigod? Trained by an Atlantean general named Skyr, and learning that her ex-bestfriend, Trei, was actually one of the Atlantean rebels. Nathalia had to choose which side to take. Or in her case, who to believe.

Prologue
Year XX26 when the very first place had disappeared. There was no information about where it went, crashed, or landed. Everyone was perplexed by the mysterious event. A plane that my father, the last member of my family, used to travel to Japan. When word got out that my father's plane had gone missing, I was with my aunt. The mysterious disappearance of the said plane made headlines all over the world. The media was all over it, but they couldn't really go into detail. People tried calling the missing passengers through their phones, but no one would answer.
For years, search parties were held until the government decided to call it a day. It was taking too long, and not a single clue had been discovered. The missing passengers were eventually declared dead.
I couldn't accept the fact that my father was no longer alive, so I took off. Just like my father, I flew to Japan. I was determined to track him down. To look around the city for hints. But just as we passed by the Pacific Ocean, a weird turbulence caught our plane and drove us downward to the sea. I thought for sure that it was over. That I was dead, but when I awoke, I found myself in a submerged land along with my fellow passengers to a place where no one thought that still exists up to this day. A place of myth with a lot of questionable history on its disappearance.

“Take her. Quick!” I felt Skyr lowering me down into the sub as Byron reached up to grab me. I heard the lock clicking above us before Skyr started yelling again. “Get us out of here. Now.”“What about the others?” Byron asked after he lowered me to the cold ground.I reached out to touch Byron’s shoulders and shook my head weakly at his question. Both of his brows shot up in dismay before he bit his lips and started rummaging through the first aid supply kit.I felt the sub starting to move and lowering itself into the water. “Can’t this thing go any faster?!” Skyr demanded.“This is the fastest that we can go. “Is the afterlife really that boring that you decided to come back to life?” I grinned as I pulled Skyr back to his feet.“More or less. I heard that you got captured and figured that it is not the time for me to die just yet. More importantly, we have to keep on going.” He ruffled my head and pointed at the attic from where he came from. “Come on. Let’s get out of here.” He helped me climb up on the air vent first before climbing in himself and closing the vent. “Move over so I can guide us.” He whispered.I pressed myself closer to the wall and allowed Skyr to crawl past me. The vent wasn’t as narrow as I thought because we could even crawl without hunching our backs, which is a huge relief since I am a bit claustrophobic.

A look of pure hatred spread across the man’s face as he returned to his position. He was probably trying to act cool to threaten me.

I have no sense of time here, but I do know when a day would pass. There was a schedule for when I would eat and when I would bathe. If I want to use the toilet in between, I would simply need to call for them with the red button. The only time that I ever get any visitors is when Byron would drop by.About six escorts would pick me up everyday to take me to the bathroom and then back to the holding cell where they are keeping me.Byron rarely visits. It was making me anxious just thinking about him all the time that I started doing some training on my own. Nothing too strenuous. Just the normal exercises that we do to keep in shape.But if this really keeps up, I might lose my sense of combat. There’s only so much that a few pushups and cardio can do.
